I bought this book to refresh my memory on Value Stream Mapping as well as to learn how to properly apply the tool in healthcare (solid-organ transplant). I thought it was a great overview and enjoyed it. The book is well organized and the concepts presented clearly. Would recommend it and will be referring to it continuously as I launch my new project.
