This wildlife encyclopedic atlas uses a brilliant combination of photography and illustration to showcase a multitude of animals across the globe. The format is well-done and reader friendly. I love that you can read it from cover to cover and browse and read little snippets about the animals that interest you most.
Very colorful and informative. Filled with a vast collection of animals and where their homes are on earth. Each location is given a basic breakdown of the environment, a map (this is an atlas) and pictures of some of the animals that can be found there. Everything is nicely balanced between pictures of text. Great resource for children who love animals.
Absolutely beautiful and vibrant pictures. Love the layout, it is easy to find what you are looking for. I would purchase this book for myself; I love animals and animal facts. This would be a great addition to any library or classroom.
