When William wakes from his dream, he finds that it wasn't really a dream. His wife tells him that if he still has the power he must leave. It appears he does not. He writes about it and the new book is a hit. As he figures out the process that was involved, he begins to wish that he had the power back. As the old saying goes, be careful what you wish for. William is again on a wild ride with a power he does not really understand. Slowly he does start to figure out who the "gifter" is really. Changing vehicles while riding in them, turning into a panther to escape the police, rescue from a military base. So much excitement and it flows! Can he free himself? Great story! Can't wait for book 3!!!!
