This is an excellent book for coaches, therapists and for self-coaching.
For coaches and therapists, it is a useful prompt when your client (or you) are stuck and need a powerful question to move things forward.
For self-coaching, it is valuable to let the book fall open at a page and to let your eye find the right question for you e.g. Q255 "If you felt you could be totally selfish, what would you do?" Brilliant!!

An amasing and simple book that just helped me having the right question for both self-coaching and coaching others.
The fact that questions are grouped by themes make the book very simple and userfriendly...
A MUST!
