I’m honestly okay with living a quiet life working at my hometown’s library, but I’m a bit lonely, if I’m being honest. It’s hard putting myself out there, especially because I want a real connection. I didn’t expect anything to come of signing up for a mail-order bride website, so when I get a message from the town hospital’s star thoracic surgeon, it’s hard to believe I’m not being catfished. My best friend pushes me to go meet him at his place anyway. When he doesn’t even recognize me, I know there’s been a mistake. Could this get any more embarrassing?

TROPES: -instalove -mail-order bride -age gap
This was a really cute romance!! Shy Daisy is ready to broaden her horizons. She signs up for a mail-order bride app and gets her first match: Ashton Ford. She's admired the thoracic surgeon on billboards and is excited to meet him.
What she doesn't know, however, is that he wasn't the one who signed up. Regardless, he takes one look at her and knows she's his future bride. Will he be able to explain things to her and work it out?
I really enjoyed this one!! It was cute, spicy, and short- the perfect combination. I'm a huge fan of Cassi Hart and can't wait to see what she writes next!
SAFETY: Ages: 24h, 38H Virgin/celibate: virgin heroine, unknown past for hero OM/OW drama: none Cheating/sharing: none HEA?: yes!

A doctor meets a librarian because of his cousin. His cousin signed him up with a mail order bride app for his birthday. He’s a well known doctor that has been published in many articles as well as has some books in his name. He spends a lot of hours now at the hospital tending to his patients. She’s a shy, self conscious librarian that’s tired of being alone so she signed up to be a mail order bride of an app. She never thought that there would be a match. She was at work when she got the text about the mail order bride app finding her a match and also who the match was. She tried to hide her feelings from her best friend/co-worker because she knew what she would say. During this time the doctor was at the hospital not knowing what was going on, he was working for over twenty-four hours. Not soon after he got home from his shift he noticed that the librarian was there. He finds out that his cousin let her in his place. She tries to leave after she finds out what’s going on, she thinks that it was all a joke to them but without her glasses on she trips and falls. He helps her up and checks her out, when she tries to get up to leave but her knee hurts when she gets up. He has her stay so he could get her an ice pack but soon after she leaves, before she leaves he tells her to put an ice pack on it also to take painkillers. That whole night the only thing he could think of was her, he could only sleep for a small bit before he got up and started looking online for anything about her. He even went so far as to get ahold of his cousin about the account that he made for him the mail order bride app. The next morning the librarian was at work, she was reading a book next to where it goes on the shelf. She left the door unlocked since it was close to opening. He didn’t have her address or cell number so he decided to go to the library but before he went and got her her favorite beverage with her favorite cookies. He went into the library with the stuff he got for her but when he saw her he put the stuff down before going to her, she noticed him but she didn’t want to see him because of what him and his cousin did to her. He got to her and started apologizing before explaining to her about him thinking about her all night. He takes her further back into the library where no one can see them, they talk and he tells her that she will be his. He gives her oral sex but his cell goes off telling him that he’s getting a call from the hospital as he gets ready to leave but before he does he kisses her and asks her out for dinner. He tells her about the stuff he got her even though the beverage is probably cold. He starts out for the hospital when he gets ahold of his cousin to have him get her and her co-worker more of the beverage she likes as well as other things and also to get them some lunch. He’s in surgery all day and as he’s driving he remembers the dinner with his librarian. He doesn’t have any of her information so he goes to the library finding her asleep inside. He takes her to his place and fixes her a very late dinner, they sit and talk about each other and also his cousin, they also answer a few questions as well as discuss them. He can’t wait anymore, he kisses her and carries her to his bedroom, he gives her oral sex then he strips before having sex with her. He tells her that she’s his and she tells him only his. They have their orgasms together. He decides he can’t live without her anymore so he asks her to marry him and she tells him yes. Four months later they’re married. She’s at the library, they just got some new books in and she’s putting them up and while she’s doing that her best friend/coworker is talking to her about the latest gossip. They talk about her husband and his cousin. Her best friend/coworker likes the cousin but won’t actually say that she does. The cousin comes in so she goes to their storage room to give them some privacy. Her husband grabs her from behind but she knew that he was there from his scent. They talk for a moment before he slides her panties. He tells her that he loves her. She knows that they are from different worlds but soon there will be another in their little world. She tells him that she loves him too before she goes to her knees and gives him oral sex. He informs her that he knows and also that she doesn’t have to keep anything from him. She’s teary eyed and overwhelmed with happiness. They have sex and it’s better than any romance novel that she has ever read. He has her body, heart and soul. A wonderfully written story with amazing character, easy to read which is also a great page turner. A real steamy romantic happily ever after.

Doctor's Surprise Bride, Book 4 of the Glamorous Brides series, was about 24-year-old Daisy Bennet, the town's librarian, and (soon-to-be) 38-year-old Dr. Aston Ford, the town's "star" cardiothoracic surgeon. This story picked up a week after the heroine of Book 3 ran away from her unwanted wedding. Although she had frequently told Rayne, her BFF, that she didn't enjoy dating, the truth of the matter was Daisy was lonely and wanted to find love. She just didn't think any man would be interested in her. She had tried several dating apps, but all the men she found wanted nothing more than a quick hookup. After having read a story about mail-order brides, she found a similar app and signed up, never expecting to make a match. Much to her surprise...and dismay...she was matched with the local "celebrity" doctor. Thinking it was a mistake (for why would such a sexy, much sought-after doctor be on a mail-order bride app?), she chose to ignore his message. Except, her BFF saw the message and encouraged her to go on the date. Ashton had no time for a personal life. He was a dedicated doctor, and he chose to spend all of his time caring for his patients. He was unaware that his cousin had signed him up with a mail-order bride site until arrived home one night to find a woman waiting for him...in his apartment. In response to Ashton asking her how she got into his place, she told him his cousin buzzed her in (although she said a blond man did, not realizing it was his cousin). When she realized there had been a mistake made somewhere along the line, she tried to leave, only to fall flat on her face (her BFF had made her take her glasses off, but she couldn't see without them and had bumped into Ashton's sofa and tripped over a wrinkle in the carpeting, injuring her knee from the fall. When Ashton told her about what his cousin had done, she was rightly upset for being punked...or so she believed was the two men's intentions. She believed they set it up together. Feeling humiliated, she decided she wanted to leave, pain or no pain in her knee. Ashton decided to escort her down, uninvited, to where her BFF was picking her up...and then she was gone. But Ashton couldn't let her go. When he learned the next morning how his cousin had found her through the mail-order bride app, Ashton went into research mode and learned all he could about her before he went looking for her at the library. After a spicy scene at her place of business, Asthon made arrangements to pick her up later that night...except he ended up with an emergency at the hospital and didn't get finished until after midnight. He had no contact information on her other than the library, so his second attempt at making a good impression hit another brick wall. This story was, IMHO, the best in the series. It actually had more content, more conflict, and a better plot than all of them. Both of the main characters were better developed and mature, and they didn't fall into bed the instant they laid eyes on each other. Well, they may have waited only a day or two, but it wasn't the first moment they were together either. I was a little disappointed that it didn't have an epilogue like the others, but it still had a decent ending. Out of the series, this was the only book other than Book 1 to earn a five-star rating.

Nothing makes Daisy happier than hiding in the stacks of the local library where she is a librarian reading historic romance novels, but she wants to find someone to love and be loved in return. So, taking her destiny by the horns she joins a dating app for mail order brides, and it isn’t long before she gets a match. Only who she is matched with would never look twice at someone like her, it is none other than Ashton Ford, a doctor so revered that there is no way that he would be on an app like that when with a snap of his fingers women must fall at his feet, but when her best friend Rayne convinces her that there is no reason not to go on a date and see what happens, could this be real, could Ashton Ford really have chosen her or is the road to real heartbreak?
Being a heart surgeon is by no means an easy job, but it has been Ashton’s calling for as long as he can remember, he has had no time for dating, although he knows he could take his pick of women if he wanted to but no woman has caught his eye in a very long time, much to his cousins annoyance. Marcus and he are more like brothers and when he calls and says that he has a surprise for him he should have known that he wasn’t going to like whatever he had set up, so returning home and finding a woman in his apartment shouldn’t have been a shock but Daisy changes everything. It takes him one moment to know that his life has changed forever, but she now thinks that them meeting is just a joke whereas there is nothing further from the truth, can he convince Daisy that they are meant to be, or will his job get in the way of love?
I have really really enjoyed this series and each book was better than the last, Daisy is such a sweet character who dreams of an ultimate love and Ashton has been tied to his job for so long he has forgotten what it is like to have a life away from the hospital. Highly recommended 4.2* read.
Glamorous Brides is my favorite series that Cassi Hart has written. The best part is with each book the series just kept getting better. Cassi truly out did herself with these stories. Doctor's Surprise Bride is one of a kind in its originality. Ashton and Daisy were absolutely wonderful characters whom I loved and couldn't get enough of making it easy for me to share a connection with them. While I loved all of the books in the series this one is my favorite. Ashton and Daisy are a sweet couple who share instantaneous chemistry. I love that all the books in this series primary focus is the actual story with some passionate scenes thrown in. This book is definitely worth reading. If you are a fan of Cassi's then this is a book you will want to add to your library.
Daisy is a librarian who dreams of finding love and decides to sign up on a mail order bride site. Imagine her surprise when Daisy is matched up with Ashton a successful surgeon. A man with a long list of women who would love nothing more than to be seen on his arm. The problem is that Ashton did not sign himself up for a mail order bride. Their first meeting is one of embarrassment for Daisy as she finds out this was all a joke orchestrated by his cousin Marcus. Daisy has run off, but not before she captured Ashton's mind leaving him with continuous thoughts of her. Ashton desperately needs to find Daisy so he can apologize and let her know that he is interested in getting to know her. Now the only problem is finding Daisy when he doesn't have her phone number or an address...what will he do?

Just wow, I love Cassie Hart so much. This might be one of my favorites. I love Daisy, she’s shy but she really cares about her job and people. Ashton is a good doctor, so much so that he’s ignored his personal life to care for his patients. Ashton’s cousin Marcus on the other hand needs the proverbial 2x4 to the back of the head.
Daisy and Ashton’s meet cute, is not cute, Daisy is mortified and Ashton is completely entranced. He can’t get Daisy out of his mind, so much so he pursues and courts her. Their courtship, aka this novella, is quick, but sweet and steamy. I love Cassie’s books, I adore how her male characters are romantic and dominant, but always are over the top in how well they treat their women. Their shock at how or why anyone would not think they were the most beautiful, sexiest, amazing person in the entire world. But she does it in a way that every single time I absolutely not only believe it, but I want one for myself. Daisy is the sweetest, she gets lost in books, but she immediately recognizes that her favorite book boyfriend is nowhere near as good or as gorgeous as Ashton.
If you’re looking for a short, sweet, extra hot and steamy read, Doctor’s Surprise Bride is absolutely perfect.
Daisy is a small town librarian who is very shy. She has had no luck with men because of how shy she is. She decides to sign-up for a mail order bride app because her favorite story involves a mail order bride. Daisy is shocked when she gets the results. She has been matched with the hottest and sexiest guy in town. She figures someone must be playing a joke on her because the doctor could get any woman he wants. Her best friend convinces her to give it a shot. When she arrives at Aston's apartment, it quickly becomes clear that he has no clue about her or the mail order bride app. Upset and humiliated, she quickly leaves feeling like someone played a mean trick on her. She is shocked when Aston tracks her down at the library and asks her out.
Aston is very popular with the ladies even though he is dedicated to his work. He spends hours working hard everyday and has little or no social life. His cousin has decided to fix that by signing his cousin up for a mail order bride. Aston was very upset with the trick his cousin played on them. However after Daisy left, he can't get her out of his head. Maybe the mail order app knows what it is doing. He decides to get to know Daisy better.

SAFETY remarks - SAFE - Dual virgins (I think) - cheating/sharing: no - ow/om: no - separation/breakups: no - possible triggers: exhibitionism: oral in public - the library (but no one saw them) - HEA
It’s super short: 52 pages. Ashton is the kind of MMC I love. Obsessed, possessive, decisive, bossy, OTT. But… I don’t like how he approached her after the awkward meet at his apartment and just pulled her into an aisle and went down on her. He’s a stranger, kinda. And after how she felt in that meet up, like she was a prank, she deserved to be talked to first. To be convinced that he really likes her even if it started as a weird gift from his cousin. And she should’ve stopped him!!. How she was treated should have been front and center in her mind, not give herself so easily. And then, his comment about if someone caught them, he wouldn’t have stopped… ugh!! Nope. A possessive man doesn’t share his woman with anyone.
This book is just smut. Insta- everything. And… the end.
I believe it’s a dual virgin story even if he didn’t straight up say it. And I love the DV stories. But not like this. Not this rushed.
I am always so excited to read new to me authors and with this being a short read, I can’t wait to find more books of hers!!
While this book was short and to the point it was pretty intoxicating. I worried for Daisy because she seemed young and naive but I also feel like we know when we are ready to just take that plunge. This book doesn’t really reflect things that women now days should and have been scared of and it’s a little refreshing. I had all the answers of the things I wanted to know from the beginning and while I’m sad it was so short it was very beautifully written.
Some things between Ashton and Daisy happen super fast but I think I love that he instantly knew things were different with Daisy. Each woman that he has seen while working or just out in everyday life wasn’t what he was looking for and that just speaks volumes!! His cousin is quite funny and I hope to see his own book soon! Congrats!
This is a nice, steamy, short read that makes you want to know more about the characters the more you read. Daisy is a librarian that wants to finally have someone in her life aside from her books. Since she wants to have someone in her life, she decides to sign up for a mail order bride website. One day she gets paired with Dr. Aston Ford and she thinks it’s a prank, but her friend tells her to go. Once they meet she knows that everything is a misunderstanding and wants to leave. However, an accident happens that makes her stay in Aston’s apartment for a few minutes. Once she leaves Aston is shocked about the beauty that was in his apartment. He wants to get to know her and devises a plan to make her see that he wants her. Will he succeed? Or will Daisy reject him? Read and find out in this steamy story of a prank gone right. ;)

This is the last book in the series and Cassi has done it again with another great series of short steamy reads. Ashton is a workaholic cardio thoracic surgeon who has no time for anything other than work. Daisy is a shy bookworm librarian. On a whim she John’s an app for mail order brides. Ashton’s cousin Marcus signs him up for the site unbeknownst to Ashton. When Ashton comes home to find Daisy at his home is is a little more than surprised. He is instantly taken by her he can’t think of anything until he makes her his. Can Daisy let Go of her insecurities and fall for the handsome doctor that everyone in town seems to want. Expect instalove, alpha male hero, shy heroine, lots of steam and over the top chemistry. Love all of Cassi’s books. Can’t wait for the next series. Would love to see Marcus’s and Raynes story.

This is a super sweet instalove romance! Ashton Ford is unknowingly setup by his meddling cousin to meet a mail-order-bride. Daisy Bennet has never done anything so bold in her life but she takes a risk and agrees to meet with Ashton after matching with him. Ashton is shocked to find Daisy at his apartment and they have a very awkward first encounter. It doesn’t take long after Daisy leaves for Ashton to be consumed with thoughts and feelings for this sweet shy librarian. Definitely the best prank his cousin has pulled, as Ashton pursues Daisy and absolutely woo’s her. It didn’t take long for things to heat up and the steam was so good!

Doctor's Surprise Bride is a super-steamy, OTT, instalove, age-gap, shy girl gets her hot doctor romance. Daisy is a shy, 24 year old librarian who loves to read her romance novels. She has anxiety, though, and signs up for a mail order bride site on a whim. She ends up being a match with Ashton, the 38 year old, local hot doctor. The first time they meet is embarrassing for Daisy due to a misunderstanding, and she rushes out. Ashton can't stop thinking about her, though, and finds her in the morning. They begin a heated romance, and we get lots of OTT steam and a great HEA. Loved the characters and their chemistry. I would definitely recommend!.

What a great story. Ashton is an overworked 38 year old surgeon who basically eats and sleeps at the hospital. His whole life revolves around his patients and his career. Daisy is a sweet Librarian who loves Jane Austin and the classics. She takes a chance and goes online and creates a profile on a bride website. An interfering cousin of our sexy doctor sets up his profile, with Austin not having a clue what’s going on. I loved the meet cute at Austin’s apartment with these two. This book is much more romantic and swoon worthy than some other books by this Author. Casi Hart is really gifted in her ability to write a sexy, romantic, heartfelt book. I highly recommend this book. Hope we get to see a story between Marcus the cousin and Rayne the best friend.
This is a quick read, instalove romance. It's based on a mail-order bride, however, it's basically a dating app since it's placed in today's world. I thought the build up to their first meeting was a bit scattered as you didn't really get why Marcus meddled other than he was bored - really?!? A why does Daisy go from one extreme, never dating anyone, to the complete opposite of promising to be a mail order bride. What also bothered me was when Ashton shows up in the library and takes liberties with Daisy without ever asking for consent to do so. She of course allows it to happen and doesn't stop anything, but hello, remember that consent is sexy.

Daisy, a shy librarian looking for love, signs up for a mail order bride app and gets matched with the hottest doctor in town. When she shows up at Ashton’s apartment for their date, he’s confused on why she’s there but finds he’s immediately attracted to her. Ashton finds out that his cousin Marcus signed him up for the dating app and doesn’t know if he should be upset or happy about it. This was an instant attraction fast paced read. Daisy is shy and has social anxiety but there’s something about Ashton that calms her soul. Ashton has been all work and no play but feels a connection with Daisy that he can’t ignore and knows he can’t let her go. I received an arc copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
This Book 4 of Glamorous Brides. This is about Aston and Daisy. It was surprise for Ashton to find Daisy at his house. His cousin sends her there, but he didn't that his cousin was doing bride 4 u dating match and it was Daisy. He couldn't stop thinking about her and he had to find her. Let's just that after the 2nd time around it was crazy but better. They had both feelings for each and grew more each time. It leads to love in all the crazy places and sweet ending. You are going to love this as much as I did.

Hot and simple I liked the beginning of this story which seems to start with a surprising "mail order bride" for two characters, Ashton and Daisy who are not looking for or trying to find someone, or meet someone. She's got anxiety, he's buried under work. It's a good, very hot romance. I had a little trouble with Ashton who, as soon as he decides, becomes really adventurous but to a point where it can be embarrassing, without question. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book
This was a story that was easy to read. It is the story of Surgeon Ashton and his life consists of working and his patients Daisy is a young woman who works as a librarian and loves classic stories. Ashton is unknowingly signed up by his cousin for a dating app, while Daisy hopes to find someone that way and takes a chance and signs up. The chemistry and attraction is clearly noticeable between them this was an entertaining story with a lot of steamy moments and some that played out in the library.

This was such a fun read ;) Shy Daisy signs up to be a mail order bride and is floored when she's matched with a well known surgeon. He's hot and her ideal. He however, wasn't actually the one to fill out the profile to be matched, his prankster cousin did. Sadly, the meeting between Daisy and Aston did not go as she expected... He was quick to realize, though, that they really were a perfect match and set out to woo her himself, for himself. I loved how this romance unfolded and have thoroughly enjoyed this entire series :D
This is the fourth book in this series which is as great reading as the previous three books. I highly suggest picking them, you won't regret it. This is a fast paced full of romance story that is hard to put down. The characters are engaging and connectable. They keep you coming back for more. They have great growth as well as great chemistry throughout the story. I enjoyed how the author used details to make the story come to life. I felt as if I was part of the story. An entertaining story that is easy to read and I highly recommend it.
Daisy is lonely and signs up to be a mail-order bride. Never did she expect a match, let alone to match with the handsome, older doctor in town. Ashton's cousin signed him up for the mail-order bride site but when he matches Ashton with Daisy, will he really be mad or will it be a match made in heaven?
After a few mishaps these two find a way to each other. Will Daisy win over the handsome doctor?
4.5 Stars This was a really good book with a great connection and chemistry between Daisy and Ashton. These two are matched together thanks to Ashton's cousin prank, but all it takes is for Ashton to have one looking at Daisy to know that she was meant to be his. These two have a little bit of a rough start but they do get a really sweet HEA.

I loved Daisy and Ashton's story. It was a cute plot with spicy spice. The dialogue was a little over-the-top romantic at times, and I can't imagine two people ever talking like this, but it went with the book's theme and the h love of old romances.
