I loved everything about this delightful book – the embossed foil letters on the cover, the Wizard of Oz quotes, the themed craft projects, the colourful illustrations. It’s crammed with beautiful photos and the introduction tells you about how some of these were shot, which added to my enjoyment.
Will I make anything from this book? Probably not, at least not exactly as they did. But I think this type of book works well as inspiration as much as instruction.
This book would be lovely gift to give or receive.

As with their first book, Everything Alice, there are a few really clever, cute, and/or inspiring ideas. Unfortunately, they are surrounded by a lot of "Who would make that?!" I really like the idea of an Emerald City tea party with all green food. And the paper-cut flying monkey invitations were awesome. Good library check-out.

Now I really want to have an Oz birthday party for myself! So many of these projects are simple but look fabulous, and the instructions are well written. The photos are clear and gorgeous, and the projects carry the theme well. The projects can also be adapted with different colors or patterns so that you are not stuck in Oz.

I have used this book again and again for my Oz mad munchkin. Like the other books by these ladies on Alice, this has a wide variety of crafts all themed around the Wizard of Oz. There is enough to plan a party, make gifts, bake, sculpt and decorate for anyone with a passion for Oz. Another triumph for this partnership.

This is absolutely fabulous, over 50 Oz themed ideas for parties, occassions, presents or just because! They are ingeniously simple yet effective and build on the success of Everything Alice.

I love the Wizard of Oz. I don't think that I will use some of the crafts but they were neat to see.
