This book will give you a short, strait to the point description what are antioxidant's, why are they so important's and which food and supplements should be on your diet to benefit from them. And it will take you less than two hour's to get all this info.

One nice thing in this book is that in the second chapter you get to calculate your oxidation score and check if you are in the safe zone or should you take action.
