4/5 - I loved the real-world comparisons this book makes to each crucial part of the flywheel. I particularly felt the People & Profits sections were most interesting. My favorite thing I picked up from this book was the 1% rule - the idea that being just 1% better in operational efficiency, 1% higher in material costs, 1% more effective in closing sales - all compounds over time. This is a philosophy that I am now implementing in my daily life. I find that the Pinnacle operating system thoroughly considers human elements in the success of a business; which aligns closely with how I help CEOs build and map out their leadership team / people needs in their business, in order to grow and scale to the next level.
