I found this book a little hard to read over the first couple of chapters, as unlike a normal autobiography format, it deals with Arthur's relationship with specific people in each chapter.

However, once I'd got used to it, wow...what a book, the tales of years gone by, deals made (and some missed), and just the realism of a normal guy going and doing a days work at the greatest football club in the world, shines through!

A superb book for any Liverpool fan primarily, however a great book for someone wanting a different style biography.
