This little treasure is written in the style of Norman Vincent Peale. The book guides the reader to identify latent talents and gifts and how to bring out the best in ourselves.
I read this tiny, igniting book every now and again. And this time I really needed those motivating and challenging words as I am coming out of a career break and with a lot on my plate.
Essentially this small read challenges the reader to push for excellence and for more! 👍🏾
"Signposts on the Road to Success", by E.W. Kenyon was a book containing many passages about ways to achieve success. Personally, this book provided me with encouragement, hope, and faith with it's motivational pieces and positive examples. Though I'm not really a reader, each day I read a couple passages and tried to apply it to my life, and it taught me a lot about myself. The book asks you, "What Have You in Yourself". It questions your knowledge of passion for life and achievement. "What Are You Worth", it asks, explaining that before you can expect others to see your worth, you need to be able to see it yourself. This book can surely guide you and will teach you to see and appreciate the positive things in life.
A good motivational and practical book for drive, ambition, self value and most importantly SUCCESS
For me honestly, most of it I either knew or had read elsewhere but what I love about the style of this small, short book was its layout. It's designed as a self help guide, divided by topics and titles. Its a small book, so each page can be read in about 1 minute or less. It's a useful book to carry in the pocket or bag to be read on the train as early morning motivation or late lunch pick-me-up. Whatever works for you!
"The road that leads to a good bank account is an uphill road and most of us have to build the road ourselves. The hitch-hikers are filling the road today. They want someone else's car to ride in. They want someone to buy the gas. They want someone to pay the taxes and give them free passage. Are you a mental hitch-hiker?..." except from this book.
This 121paged book is a good quick read, its packed with golden nuggets throughout, reminiscent of, but better then "The richest man in Babylon." (Personal opinion)
Great Recipes for life and living. This is a book every young man should read. It is the young achiever's manual. a book I will like to read once every month and review on my blog at www.emmanuelayeni.com soonest. It teaches you to take charge of your own life and it doesn't end without introducing you to the best partnership in the world- Meeting Jesus as your Lord and saviour.
