You are a bounty Hunter. You are engaged in a fight to the death against a lethal squadron of battle droids. The droids' leader, Wuntoo Forcee Forwun, will stop at nothing in his quest to rule the galaxy. You must stand in his way. But be careful - the droids are not your only enemies. Other bounty hunters want to get to Forwun before you do. The reward is high - and the risks are extraordinary. Good luck.

Solid little book to accompany a kid's tabletop game. Some of the dialogue options don't seem like they'd translate if you chose IG-88 or Bossk as your PC, but we can't have everything.
In this role playing book you take the role of a bounty hunter. You are suppose to be either IG88 or Boba Fett. You have to fight against some pretty nasty battle droids who have decided to be independant and create a world of nothing but droids. The droids' leader, Wuntoo Forcee Forwun, wants to eventually rule the galaxy. You have to fight the droids and find out why they had attacked Jabba (in the previous book of this series) and watch out for other bounty hunters who are after the reward Jabba has placed on the drone barge the droids were last seen on. In order to make it through this book you need two dice, a six-sided and a ten-sided. You also need the character, vehicle, power, and weapon cards. I didn't have the correct cards that corresponded to this book, so I chose to use characters that were not in the book, but that I had cards for. I would have preferred to have the proper cards, but it still worked I suppose :) This series is great for kids. It not only helps with reading skills, but with math as well. There is plenty of action to keep them engaged in the story.
In this book you play as one of the famed bounty hunters of the star wars universe. Really I think that this arc would have been much more interesting if we'd played as the droids instead of a different faction in each book. Still you can't have too many character cards I suppose and that pack of bounty hunter cards must have been exciting when you opened them up.
Since I'm just reading them, however, I don't have that excitement.
