Overall, really readable and informative, with simple language and techniques! Most interesting thing I learned was that you have to suck snakebite venom out for THIRTY minutes-- I also now know how to deliver a child at home hmu if you need.
An interesting little bit of history. The sections on mental illness and drug use stand out the most as dated, offering a glimpse into how misunderstood these conditions were. Plus at the end we get a “Think Thin Grow Slim” which is wild.
