Nice guide for the search of self fulfillment

This is a re-edition of one of Tim Drake's earlier books called: "I Want to Make a Difference". It's written with erudition and in a style that's easy to read. Just because it's published in a "business solutions" context, doesn't mean it's all about how to do better in business, though in an era when corporate responsibility is starting to be grasped even by the most diehard free market-minded entrepreuners, there could well be some important messages there for those people in business to whom integrity and social justice do actually mean something. You read this sort of book not for escapist entertainment, but because you care about how you live your life (including how you operate in a work environment) and hope that maybe, somehow, you'll be able to make the world a better place, even in a small way. Tim Drake not only discusses what "making a difference" is really about and how there are many different ways of doing it, but gives some useful guidance on how to go about approaching your life in a way that will help to ensure that you find the best way you can go about doing this and tkaing the first steps on the path towards living a life that that will be of value not just to others, but to yourself as well.
