Review for „The Rules of EQ” by Rob Yeung:

Is one of the books written by world-renown British psychologist, business speaker and management author, Rob Yeung through which there is a brief explanation about emotional intelligence or simply EQ and its importance for each of us. The author also reveals how to attain it and how to use it in our everyday lives and at work.
The reader will also discover various methods to communicate efficiently, to know his interlocutors through their body language during the conversation and how to create healthy long-term relationships at work.
Mr. Yeung also advises his readers that it always has to be a balance between personal needs and the others’ needs, and that they have to have integrity.
I recommend this book especially to those who want to open their own business, those who want to be hired in a company, but also for those who already have a job.
