The book lost me at chapter 13 when the author gave strategies to avoid complaining. One of them was the “but strategy” ex: Work is burning me out but at least I have a job.

Toxic positivity fuels a negative work culture, being tone deaf to this fact is a deal breaker. I felt that this ‘strategy’ discredited that author and I struggled to find value in the book after that point.
