While I might have organized it differently, most of the basic information for metallic cartridge reloading is here. The first half of the book contains chapters on the principles and equipment used in reloading (with heavy emphasis on Lyman products, of course). These chapters read more like articles than parts of a cohesive whole, but they're adequate.

The second half of the book is comprised of reloading tables for each cartridge. The pairings of bullet to powder seem extremely specific, but I won't question the data.

The only thing I really had a problem with is that the bolded entries in the reloading table are considered the most accurate. I had to re-read one of the first chapters to figure that out. They did not bother to mention it in the latter half of the book.

Lots of useful info, but I found that going to the maker of products is a better source for specific loads.
