This issue provides interesting lore for arc while doing a decent job fleshing out the characters.

Knight’s transformation from helpless to a Leon Kennedy-core badass is quick, but I embrace that.

Venom feels a tiny bit out of character and super edgy/out of control, but perhaps that’s to paint a picture of the instability and internal conflict that causes Beck to feel uneasy in her draw towards Eddie Brock. Tbh I wish/hope that they stay platonic friends, it’s more interesting for both characters; Brock’s wrestling and internal conflict of loving someone but fearing for their safety is compelling and worth exploring more. Brock’s lack of control over his suit creates tension between the symbiote’s desire to be exclusive, best friends.

The Stalkers are super creepy and interesting in a good way, kind of reminding me of the story progression from The Fly (80s remake). Cool further development of the story’s enemies.

6/10.

This goes bad and you see where all of this is going with mindless action and a non-existing plot with B-Movie dialogue.
