Ah, just what the doctor ordered, laughter being the best medicine and all... I started reading this a couple of hours ago but I haven't been able to finish it for one simple reason : I HAVE BEEN LAUGHING TOO HARD.I'm talking tears, snorts, groans (cos yes, it is us too!) and lots and lots of laughs. This book tickled every funny bone in my body. Thanks to the General Public for sharing those wildly inappropriate yet ludicrously hilarious moments that characterize human existence. I LOVE IT!

Not so much a book, but a collection of tweets. Some funny, some mediocre and others tear inducingly hilarious.

One to dip into when you need cheering up

Review Taken From The Pewter Wolf

This little free eBook was then filled of the best embarrassing stories from the general public with Miranda writing some comments at the start and end of the collection (and a little taster of Is It Just Me?).

I read this in two sittings and I was snorting with laughter, then cringing away from my Kindle then snorting with laughter again within a space of a few clicks. It instantly made me feel happier. Laughter is the best medicine and all... (and sad to say, I have done one or two of the tweets mentions).

If you want something fast, free and having you snorting with laughter, this is perfect!

This was a free read for the Kindle which I discovered thanks to another forum. The book is primarily made up of a series of tweets which were sent to Miranda Hart in order to promote her new book (described as a Miran-uel for life) Is It Just Me? I found some of the anecdotes that were tweeted, and included in the book, a little bit hard to believe but it was still very funny to read and I did find myself laughing out loud quite a lot. The tweets were occasionally broken up by pieces from Miranda on different subjects. These don't really add anything too the book but I guess they give an indication of what Is It Just Me? will be like. I'm not really sure about Miranda's style of writing. It definitely fits with her comedy persona but I'm not sure I could read a whole book in that style in one go but I think it would be good to dip in and out off. Given it was free book I can't really complain though - It was a quick and easy read and its good for a bit of a laugh. I definitely think fans of Miranda would enjoy reading this.

Ha! If you're a fan of Miranda's sitcom and the embarrassing mishaps that befall her, you'll love this collection of similar incidents shared with her by members of the public. I was laughing out loud at some of the incidents recalled here - luckily I was reading this in the comfort of my own home - woe betide anyone who tries reading this on a bus or Tube journey and fails to keep a straight face. Great laughs - can't wait to read Miranda's book when it is released.

Nothing amazing here.

I mean it was funny reading everyone's funny moments etc, but after a while it got a little boring.

I think Mirandas book 'is it just me?' Will be good, but this one wasn't really for me.

This was a freebie to promote Miranda's new book. It is full of tweets from the general public telling of their embarrassing moments.
There were a couple of funny entries but other than that I didn't find it that funny.

Since I am from the US, I am slowly getting acquainted with the comedy of Miranda Hart. If you have not watched her show, do it! It's on PBS.

Anyways, this is a funny book. Favorite tweet was about the person accidentally headbutting a 5-year old. Ouch!

Quite a few weren't funny, but enough were that I looked like a bit of an idiot a lot of the time trying to stop myself from laughing out loud on the train. I ended up grinning madly which probably wasn't much better!

This is just a selection of tweets from fans of Miranda sharing their "moments". There are quite a few duplicate moments such as people coming out of the toilet trailing toilet paper and there was only one with made me laugh out loud. Hope Miranda's book is funnier.

A collection of real life Miranda-like incidents, including falling over, public nudity and worse. This short book, which was free for Kindle, is a quick trot through the embarrassment of others - some of which made me laugh out loud.

A great free ebook filled with laughter from start to finish. It was a great book to share selections from with my family and friends, who in turn recounted their own embarrassing stories. We need more laughter in literature and using social media is certainly one way to achieve it.

It was alright! Some very funny tweets, just a bit of light escapism and very comforting to know I'm not the only one who's a total idiot most of the time.
