I am an Intervention Specialist in a district where reading is a struggle for almost every student.

I liked that this book provided more than just worksheets and teaching strategies that we have no time for.

Some of these concepts are even things that I can provide to parents and general education teachers as guides for struggling students.

Overall, this book was helpful but did not provide much new information only clarified strategies.
