Loved the modern take on ancient wisdom. An all encompassing guide to living a healthy life. Would recommend this book to everyone.

a really interesting informative book. excellent messages about listening to how we really feel and not discounting our instincts with food and exercise. well written, easy to relate to and Mark writes with warmth and humour. well worth a read!
