As far as footballer books go this one was pretty interesting, however it could have been way more interesting if it had had a bit more information on Gary's personal life (eg: children, marriage, work, interests, history, family relationships etc) it was mostly just a big book of stats.
Something it has helped me to see is the real amazing footballer in the Ablett family's a is Gary Ablett Jr. He's got all the strength, showmanship and accuracy of his father but his consistency and team spirit is far superior.
