It was alright. There was some pretty good information, but most I was already aware of. I loved the tips on quitting sugar. A lot of the recipes sound delicious and I can't wait to try a few. Unfortunately, I'm veg... so only a few will do. Didn't realize how Paleo this would be and that's tough when so many recipes call for eggs. All the eggs. My bad. I do respect Lola though. I've been following her forever on Instagram and adore her.

Some good pointers on how to eat less processed foods which is exactly what I was looking for. Also looking forward to trying some of the recipes.

Easy to read as these sorts of books can get very complicated.. I take it with me shopping so I can quickly flip through and check what I'm buying is good for me.. It has taught m to read labels and take more care of what I out in my mouth.. The recipes are great also!

Its my new bible. She is very knowledgable and also down to earth. I learnt a lot from Lola sharing her knowledge. If you are interested in your health and well being then this book is for you.
