This book is a STAPLE. If you are a franchisee, an area leader of any kind, an owner, if you work with many humans or consider yourself a leader this book is a goldmine. It has so much value that I genuinely believe that it should cost so much more than it does. HAHAHA
Aside from the value it provides, it has various links to other resources that are tremendous not to mention the positive tone throughout. Probably my favorite part of it is that it centers leaders back to the understanding that you impact so many people on a regular basis doing what you do. That there is so much more meaning in the way you show up and present yourself. Massive blessing. Thank you to Jim Sullivan and his team.
