The Force by Stuart Wilde (25-Dec-2003) Paperback

Rate this book
The Force is part of each and every thing in the physical plane. This includes our planet, the stars and galaxies, and the physical universe, as it stretches out in space, beyond our perceptions. By its very nature, the Force is immortal and never-ending; because it is the inner light or "livingness" within all things, we call it universal.

This is a book that you can only read 3 paragraphs at a time. It's thought-provoking and interesting. As with any philosophical book, the reader has to determine what is relevant and/or real.

I liked it a lot; it came along at the right time in my life. I would recommend this book if you're looking to find a spiritual journey that encompasses more than one religion.

a very thin book saying it all. a proof that you do not need big words, big books and big scheems to explain what makes the world go around. written with much humor. a must for the spiritual seeker.

This book blows my mind because it pretty much sums up the way I think about the way reality works in such a clear and concise manner. It's such an empowering book with positive perceptions of reality.I recommend it to all humans.

Wilde's books are usually very short but always contain unique perspectives. I'll read anything he writes.

An interesting “self-help” book. I do not understand many of the relationships between the factors critical to the author’s hypotheses.
This book contains many factors that are critical to understanding “The Force”.
Some of them are:
0. The Force is a a “god-like” energy that exists and can be utilized.
1. The Spiritual plane and Earth Plane
2. Reincarnation is the passing of your “energy” between the planes.
Your energy can “oscillate” at various frequencies and this “level” can find harmony and is a property that characterizes you.
3. The objective of attaining “a higher self” when in the earth plane and its experiences.
4. The ability to draw upon the all pervasive “energy Force” in all things in the Earth plane.
5. Spiritual Guides are “individuals”!who have attained the “ higher self” and will help those who are in the process of working towards attaining “a higher self” via cycles through the Earth Plane and the Spiritual plane.
6. You are responsible, while in the Earth plane, for the decisions and experiences in your existence in the Earth plane and these experiences impact your level of “higher self”.
7. Meditation can help one harness “the Force” and work towards attaining a “higher self”.

My notes:

The greater your expression of the force on earth, the greater your experience in the afterlife.

When you enter the spirit world your energy will accentuate and you will experience an expansion of your inner self.

Create a strong expression of the force before death.

The life situation you have is prescribed by your higher self. It is by dealing with what you are, what you find in front of you, and by being responsible for your actions that you go beyond the need to experience the challenge of negativity. Once you totally accept the fact that you, not faith, control your life, a door opens silently within you, and without you realising it at first, you begin a higher evolution.

19.19, the more you concentrate your energy the faster it oscillates and the more of the force you express. Then world's equal to this rate of oscillation ar opened to you.

How well hour guide performs is inextricably linked to how well you do. The more energy your able to accept, the more it will push forward, and the more it pushes forward the more you will evolve. But the guide has to wait for you. The guide does not know everything because it is beyond this realm. It has to work with energy and nothing is predestined.

Accepting responsibility for your life is key. This makes you more aware of how you are constantly creating your life. Bringing yourself into union with your energy, your field, you then build a bridge between your ego and higher self, which then allows more energy to be accessible to you. Your life then speeds up. There is an acceleration, and with this exhilaration that follows due to the feeling of progress and liberation from patterns and sleep consciousness.

The limit is you. Your higher self, your guide, won't give you more energy than you can handle. To reach the heights in which one can pull off impossible feats, one must be wise enough to handle that power, this is why one doesn't see public displays of seemingly impossible things. People who reach heights high enough to do these things, intuitively know it goes against the universal aim to share them. People are here on this planet to awaken organically, they need the opportunity not to believe in the potential of higher evolution.

To gain full experience of the higher powers and break out of the sleep like subdued state of the ego, the false self, one must break the beloved patterns and familiarity of the ego. Fire new circuits to avoid familiar circuits from firing, because when they do, familiar circuits lead to other familiar circuits, creating a sleep state, a lack of free will, because the network or neural architecture of your ego is all connected and one domino knocks another, one thought leads to another, one act leads to another, one habit, one feeling, etc. They're all connected.

Try waking up particularly early to meditate one day. Then bring yourself to a cold body of water.

Your ego shudders at the word discipline. Through discipline, your ego, the false self, dissolves. Through discipline the True You gets hold of the wheel again.

Physical, nutritional, emotional, and balance discipline.
◇Physical - knowledge of body. Take responsibility for body. Learn about it. Exercise it. Respect it. Gain control over it. Yoga, exercise, fasting, meditation, anatomy textbook, nutrition textbook.
Choose one method and use it as a tool to become familiar with your body.
◇Nutrition: quickest way to raise energy.
Alkaline diet primarily; proteins, nuts, grains, and dairy products, along with sugar and salt are all acidic.
Fruits, vegetables, and juices are alkaline. Concentrate on fruits and vegetables. 50g of protein a day is all that is needed, unless you're in a physical occupation.
Generally speaking, people eat too much acidic food.
Personal takeaway: cut down on nuts, peanut butter, grains, and salt. Start drinking more vegetable smoothies.
◇Emotional: take time each day to remind yourself of the truth of life. Ego affairs can make you sleep. Exercise: wake at dawn, go for a walk and reflect. Go to tree, acknowledge spiritual evolution in nature, take a breath and give the blessing of evolution to the elements of nature. Do this at the base of a free. (1h5/6mins, tree ritual details)
1h7/8/9min = morning routine
◇balance = meditating gives you balance,

1h17-20mins, don't judge, you don't know what a person's highest development needs right now. Don't try fixing everything when you're awake.
* If you want to change the world change yourself then people will be pulled to why then people will be pulled to what you are, and will change themselves.
*Observation is power, judgement is weakness

Your whole life is a symbol, a synchronicistic innerplay of your inner energy. As you raise your energy, the synchronicity, or the counterplay, moves faster and faster, and you automatically link your consciousness to all around you.

1h23min - when tuned into the flow, there are no coincidences.

God, source, does not love you in the way a father loves his child. It loves everyone and everything as a form of self love.

The sleep of oscillation is the initiates secret. The more you awaken the faster your bodies oscillation. The higher the oscillation, the more you see, the broader the spectrum of light visible to you.

To establish spiritual growth you have to be in control of your mind. The mind finds your life's heroic goal uncomfortable. By its nature it will constantly pull you down an undisciplined path.

Concentrate on yourself. Believe in yourself. Stand with your life firmly in your hands and say force, guides, higher self, I take full command of my life, and I'm working on improving.

Just the other day I finished reading a book called The Force by Stuart Wilde.
I was having a lovely facial and as my super talented cosmetician and I chit chatted I asked if she had read any good books because I was interested in reading something “moving”.
She said, “read The Force” and right after she said it, she claimed that she didn’t know why or how she came up with that book—she had actually forgotten about reading it years ago. “That’s strange”, she muttered as she carried on massaging my face with her magnificent magical fingers.
I took her advice, purchased the kindle version and the next evening I began to read The Force by Stuart Wilde.
I was awed from the beginning to the end. The book is a testimonial to life and why, the reasons, we are here to live it. I have discovered firsthand what Stuart writes about in his book and to read the words on paper supplied me with even more hope and security in my own life.
This book is a must-read for every human being and just know that every word rings true. The Force is truly inspiring, motivational and simply beautiful, thank you Stuart Wilde.
We create our realities and you choose your life.

I adore this book. Must read for those interested in metaphysics. I 100% identify with Wilde's perspectives. The end of his life was very contentious and unfortunate, but this is a must read for the metaphysics. It is only 70 pages, but the writing is so tight and precise that you might only take on a page at time. I found myself pacing and reflecting on life after every page.

This was a very motivational book. I really enjoyed reading it. The Force focuses on the inner Life Source which guides each and everyone of us. The book explains the Higher Self and helps the reader to understand how to work with this inner Source or the Force if you will. A book to read if you are interested in learning about the Higher Self and seeking answers from within.

Nothing in this book is original unique or even useful. I read this book halfway through without realizing that I had already read this book a couple months back. That’s how bland it is. Skip……….don’t waste your time there are thousands of fantastic books. This is not one of them

Powerful and thought provoking little book. Originally published in 1984, it's like a precursor to The Secret without the materialistic fluff.
