Een overzicht van technieken, zoals de titel belooft. Zeker goed als basiskennis, maar niet de meest inspirerende kost. Goed om wat losschrijfoefeningen uit te halen en bestaande schrijfskills aan te scherpen, maar ik vermoed dat een beginner helemaal verloren zou lopen in de massa informatie.

Very informative book about writing and experiencing poetry. I can recommend everyone this book who want to start reading poetry.
Sometimes, example poetry is being taken which I think is rather inappropriate. There are some examples which are specifically about women in a sexual way, I think that is quite odd. If the writer would have skipped this part, I would rate the book with 5 stars.
