Dated now--- it came out in 1999, in a world that's so utterly alien now ---but still a useful reference. Good, concise, clear definitions, someof which serve as rather nice small essays. Find a used copy a keep it for a guide to terms and theories...and write Penguin and tell them to bloody well get a 2011 edition into print!

A good reference book, albeit out-dated.

This is a specialized and highly referential language for the study of international relations and foreign policy, but very much outdated by now. Still, it was very instructive.
