Accidentally Wolf

Rate this book
Special Agent in Charge, Seraphine Thomas, lives for her job at the FBI. One of the youngest female agents with her own team, she thrives in undercover work to make the city she loves safer. But Sera’s on-track life is thrown into chaos when she’s attacked during a bust gone bad and is left figuring out what it means to be a werewolf.
Right away, she learns that she’s more powerful and able to do things that she shouldn’t be able to do so quickly after her transition. The rules of her old life don’t seem to apply to much now that she’s a shifter, and knowing who she can trust is even more complicated.
When she’s transferred to a special branch of the FBI made up of paranormals policing others of their kind and given a promotion, things start looking up—until her abnormal level of power creates a list of enemies for her before she’s even learned who her allies are.

Are women that complicated or is Seraphine Thomas constantly PMSing?

Rule number one:
If a woman does something evil and says she's evil, do not in any means say she's evil too.

Rule number two:
If a woman tells you a secret, do not ever tell someone even if she's radiocasting it.

Rule number three:
If a woman is some kind of psychic, learn to control your thoughts so it won't displease her.

Rule number four:
If you start arguing with a woman, know that even if you both agree, you're wrong.

Saying that I disliked this book would be an understatement. This felt like one big joke.

Seraphine Thomas is one annoying woman. She's lunatic, borderline bipolar, sometimes schizophrenic, a defender of the American Constitution and the most self centered righteous character ever.
She's a wolf, she's a siren, she's beautiful, she's smart, she's powerful, she's sex on a stick, she's a great agent, she's courageous, she's protector of the weak, she's perfect and i have no idea how a character as unlikable as her was created.
The people around her are brainless, whiny, pathetic little suck ups that probably spend more time showing off to her than breathing. And every single one of them acts like a teenager going through puberty.

And for the story in itself, well... I have no idea what the plot and the investigation were about. Everything in Accidentally Wolf is at some point or another about Seraphine Thomas and how important and awesome she is. *barf*

1. Seraphine becomes BFF with the mother of the guy she killed.
2. The bad guy writes a ten pages essay on the wall WITH BLOOD as a message to Seraphine.
3. Everybody wants in her pants.
4. Everybody also wants to be friend with her.
5. Dude tries to have her killed, one phone call and she is glad they manage to have a relationship based on mutual respect.
6. She has one-sentence freak outs every chapter.
7. I am not sure if her teammates are here cheerleaders or her coworkers.

Blah. Blah. Blah.

Utterly ridiculous

Even for a genre that doesn't always take things too seriously, this book throws superhero-like powers at the main character continuously, and also makes her an inconsistent blabbermouth.

Absolutely no subtlety to be found in this book. FMC is so much every stereotype of a female FBI agent powerhouse female fantasy character ever. She is strong, she is capable, she is super smart, she has worked hard and risen in the ranks quickly due to her force of will, she is super beautiful and catches every eye, she is tough and closed off emotionally, she is, for goodness sakes, sleeping with her boss!

And it just goes on from there. She has secrets she needs to keep for her own safety. She tells them to the next two people she talks to in succession. She tells them all they need to keep her secrets. They immediately agree and promise, scouts honor, to keep those secrets safe. Another secret. Three more people immediately find out some of her secrets. Now I'm thinking she should just take out an ad. It would be far more secure. Nobody would believe her anyway.

I adore the premise of this book. I keep rolling my eyes over the tropes being sledgehammered in, only to trip over a bit of plot or slight promise of a overarching theme and gain some bit of hope for this book, only to then lose it all over the next three tropes being slammed into the story. How is this series 14 books long? Do they ever get better, or do the tropes and stereotypes just continue on forever? At some point I have to call it. So for now, at 34%, I guess this is DNF. My solace is, if I ever feel I need to finish this I probably won't need to reread. Everything is just so obvious, I'll pick it right back up I'm sure.

The concept is intriguing and I did like the MNSTR squad, but honestly, I think, but am not sure, it's a reverse harem book. I have no issues with a reverse harem, but this seemed more like she was picking up sex slaves. Ugh, I do NOT like reading about submissive men who either whine or say the heroine is perfect even when being a bitch.

The character was over the top perfect. Blah. I tried though. I got to 60% and someone else found her gorgeous and I was just DONE. It was over the top ridiculous and other than the main plotline, none of her actions had any horrible consequences. I can't read anymore.

While I generally enjoy the author's kick-ass over-powered take-no-shit FMCs, I felt the world-building and character and relationship development weren't as great as the other series I've read.

The FMC Seraphine was thrown into the paranormal world quite suddenly with a bunch of powers that were really quite over-the-top powerful and not explained well at all. Sure, I can buy that she was some special , but the way she learnt about her powers was rather under-developed and didn't really make sense to me. Same with the way some of her relationships with the other powerful paranormals in her community like Vlad - .

Additionally, the way the two men in this book were thrown into her harem by was a little too insta-lust/insta-love for me. The relationships ramped from "oh, you're attractive" to "OMG I'm deeply in love with you and will never leave you" quite rapidly and gave me whiplash.

I'm still interested in seeing how Seraphine handles her new jobs and power though and will continue reading the next book.

Seriously unhealthy and unbalanced relationships with through and through unlikeable characters. Very messy storyline and a world building not to my liking brought me to the decision not to continue with this story.

Great!

I can’t believe I didn’t read this before! Urban fantasy is one of my favorite genres and this gem in 5 years old, which, in the age of ebook quick releases, is ancient! Fast paced, intelligent and undeniably sexy, this book won a fan with me and offered me hours of entertainment. Off to grab book 2!

Sera has just been infected with lycanthropy, but has mastered holding of transformations, half-changes, and the impossible task of just changing her hands to claws without any effort or struggle. She wins her first fights without losing breathe, and has other powers developing willy nilly. There was no real development with sera in this regard; it is just a case of instantly gaining a new skill or power for easy plot convenience, it didn't come of as her learning and growing as a person.

There was also no suspense - you know she'll suddenly develop a new power, or fight her way out of everything, with very little effort.

I gave up on this book because it all went very [post book 8] Anita Blake on me; as well as Sera being a special little snowflake, almost everyone wants to sleep with her, including the bisexual master vampire, and the werewolf Alpha.

I don't mind sex in my books, but it's all been-there-read-all-that-before that it was boring & added nothing to the story.

She was seriously renting a larger house for her developing harem when I gave up on the book.

"Hold your positions until Thomas gives the go," Frank said into our earpieces.

Special Agent in Charge Seraphine Thomas is working undercover to take down an arms dealer when he suddenly shifts into a werewolf and infects Sera. She loses her job with her unit and is transferred to the Mystical and Non-Human Specially Trained Regional Squad of the FBI. Sera learns that her shifting abilities are more advanced than most new wolves. She also has the ability to enthrall other paranormals.

Things I like about this book:
A strong kick-ass heroine
The MNSTR Squad
Quick, easy read

Things I did not like about this book:
Sera' s new abilities were overwhelming
The storyline became very much like Anita Blake with the vampire/werewolf minions that craved sex with Sera.

Even with the downside of the story I would read the next book in the series.

I think if this was about the MNSTR squad with romance that fits with the story I would have liked this...maybe. As it is, it is about Seraphine (who reminds me more of Dexter than the awesome FBI agent I'm told she is) and how she became a lycanthrope and was sent to a different section of the FBI because she can't be around normies. But it's ok because she's not like a normal woman, so she doesn't freak out about stuff so don't worry. A few chapters in and Sera found something she was awesome at in each and every one. And the men around her are completely enamored because it should be impossible for her to be this amazing.

Seriously Sera was just the worst and I'm not sure how somebody wrote her and expected anyone to enjoy reading about her.

Sera is an FBI agent/clairvoyant who gets attacked by a werewolf on the job. She gets transferred to the paranormal sector of the FBI. She then discovers she is not only a werewolf, but also a siren. She minionizes men. There is MM. I just couldn’t get invested in Sera’s sudden relationships.

Review of the Seraphine Thomas Series by Erin Flynn (Books 1–18)
⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Overall)

I’ve officially read all 18 books in the Seraphine Thomas series - yes, all of them - so you don’t have to (but maybe you’ll want to). I’m a longtime fan of Erin Flynn’s writing. Her stories are creative, emotionally rich, and often addictive. There's always at least one character per series you end up rooting for, and her talent for immersive world-building is undeniable.

That said, my experience with this series has been a bit of a rollercoaster. Let’s break it down honestly - but respectfully.

🔥 The Positives:
Compelling Worldbuilding: The supernatural FBI + polyamorous twist is unlike most in the genre. Think Forever meets Castle with a Vampire Diaries vibe.

Long-Term Character Arcs: The series spans a wide timeline and shows dedication to character growth (even if not always in a direction I enjoyed).

Addictive Early Books: Books 1–7 had me hooked. They had humor, high-stakes emotional drama, and solid pacing. These earned a solid 3.5/5 stars from me.

😬 Mixed Feelings & Constructive Critique:
1. Tone and Authorial Voice
While the author’s writing style is generally engaging, I personally found some of the commentary in the closing author’s notes and certain narrative choices to feel more personal or opinionated than expected in fiction. I completely understand the need to address issues like piracy, but I believe there might be more neutral or inclusive ways to communicate those messages.

2. Relationship Complexity vs. Clarity
This isn’t a typical “Why Choose” or Reverse Harem setup. It’s a deeply layered polyandrous dynamic - messy, intricate, and sometimes emotionally chaotic. If you're looking for straightforward bonding arcs, be prepared: the relationship development gets incredibly convoluted. Personally, I found the shifting dynamics between mates, sirened partners, consorts, and friends-with-benefits confusing as the series progressed. A glossary or relationship map might be helpful in future installments.

3. Character Fatigue
By Book 18, I found myself struggling to connect with many of the characters - especially the main character, Sera. She starts off as a resilient, sharp, and likable FMC, but over time, her decisions and relationship management felt inconsistent or frustrating. The push-pull dynamic in her personal life, paired with very little progress in her supernatural education even 18 books in, made it difficult for me to continue rooting for her.

Many love interests were introduced with big emotional weight, only to fade into the background or disappear altogether. Some characters who were well-developed and emotionally resonant (like Dain or Tristan) seemed to get less closure or fair treatment than others who felt more peripheral. In contrast, some relationships dragged on without significant development or payoff.

4. Pacing & Structure
Books 8–18 dropped to a 2.5/5 rating for me. The pacing slowed, and more focus seemed to shift toward commentary and expanding the cast rather than continuing the central storyline. Political and social themes started to feel more prominent than the core plot, which I found distracting from the fictional narrative I was invested in.

🧍‍♀️Sera Thomas (FMC):
Early-series Sera was fantastic: witty, brave, emotionally complex, and vulnerable. I loved her journey through the early books. But as the series continued, her indecision, emotional volatility, and seeming lack of introspection made it harder to sympathize with her. She often reacted rather than reflected, and by Book 18, she felt less like a hero and more like a character stuck in loops.

💔 On the MMCs:
Too many to list fully, but here are some key points:

Tristan: Felt unfairly treated by both the narrative and Sera. He brought a lot to the story emotionally and deserved more.

Dain: A standout for me. Loyal, strong, and emotionally available. Frustratingly underappreciated by Sera.

Brian, Riley, Hagan/Reagan: Relationships with these characters didn’t feel satisfying or necessary by the end.

Noah, Axel, Eugene, Jason: Struggled to leave a lasting impression. Some started strong but faded, others never quite clicked.

Carter: Felt like his storyline was mishandled. A simple conversation would have solved a lot.

Ari, Virgil, Lucca, etc.: Either forgotten or sidelined. At 18 books in, I’m struggling to remember who’s still important and who isn’t.

⚠️ Final Thoughts:
This series started with a bang but has become increasingly complex - sometimes at the expense of clarity, pacing, and emotional payoff. I’d still recommend it to readers who enjoy dark paranormal romance with poly themes, complex emotions, and an ongoing world that spans dozens of characters.

But for me, the series may have reached its natural peak. I’m unsure whether I’ll continue with future books unless there’s a notable shift in focus and tone. Still, Erin Flynn’s creativity and dedication to her characters is commendable, and I hope future installments bring some much-needed resolution to long-standing arcs.

TL;DR:
Started strong with a bold and complex heroine in a unique supernatural world. Became bloated with characters and unresolved plot threads. A frustrating but ambitious series worth reading - if you have patience.

Sera doesn’t see color…

She’s never been prejudiced against supes but she’s also never even considered for a moment how the rest of humanity’s prejudices against them affects their lives and safety. And as an FBI agent, that’s just awful. People don’t always need bias training to rid themselves of biases, sometimes they need it to recognize them and protect those that the biases can harm.

This wasn’t bad, I enjoyed most of it, but Sera’s refusal to see in anything other than black, white or rose-colored is kinda infuriating. Shes willing to listen to try to understand but one hundred percent unwilling to believe in anything other than her own views. Which is following US law to the T, and anybody with any real understanding of laws vs. morals vs. ethics would understand, is not how it should work. And while I enjoy Erin Flynn’s series more than most, I’m starting to see what it is about her fMCs that rub people wrong….

She really only writes one type of girl: overpowered, strong, smart, stubborn, righteous, seemingly fair and understanding but entirely emotionally stunted and with *very* quick tempers. Logic has its place in the world, but without enough pathos to soften your ‘blunt honesty’ so to say, it’s just condescending and combative. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for being your best girl boss self, but her fMCs really give zero friccs about not being total witches with a capital B. I love Tams and Jasmine from her other series, but even they sometimes rub me the wrong way. If Sera was a real life American, she’d be rocking that blue stripe loud and proud. I can understand needing time to adjust after your blinders have been ripped off, but Sera doesn’t really give any indication that she senses a need to adjust that part of her…

Anacondas Can’t Abandon Babies, amirite?

That being said, I love Flynn’s stories and can definitely tell this is some of her earlier stuff. So that plus the fact that I did mostly enjoy this is why I’m going to keep reading. I’m hoping to see character growth but that doesn’t usually happen in any RH, let’s be real.

I do love that Sera isn’t some weak whimpering female who cracks under just any pressure or isn’t afraid to throw a punch. She’s smart and quick on her feet, but I’ve yet to connect with her in anyway.

Also, there are some very very minor spelling errors here and there (just a very small few that I saw) but also so continuity issues like when she finds out the big bad in this books is over 400 years old she’s all shocked and surprised that supes can live that long. Though at that point in the story she’s befriended and interacted ALOT with vampires over 700 and 2000 soooo…nbd but still.

3.5 They Can Kiss My Assets Stars Stars

Accidentally Wolf is the first book in the Seraphine Thomas series by Erin R. Flynn.

One, I think it's ridiculous how fast Seraphine just starts sleeping around given how she felt about casual displays of affection before her becoming a shifter. That disparity ties into how annoying I found the overly sexualized scenes so prominent in this book. Reminds me very much of Circus of the Damned, but a perhaps more watered down version. Like cheap beer.

Second, the way in which people talk. It was almost too immature most of the time. There was no eloquence that's normally attributed across supernatural species in literature. There was just an overwhelming amount of posturing and Sera fed into it, even though she seemed more reasonable before moments that this issue presented itself.

Third, the way in which the supernatural communities were outlined was subpar at best. Which is partly in fault that we started out learning from Engle, who appears to be inept about what the Council laws really mean. But that Sera never once asked the many supernatural around her before blindly blundering about, was a dichotomy between what the author appeared to be trying to present her character as.

Fourth, is that very frustrating fracture of how each situation twisted her characters presentation. She is supposed to be this remarkable Special Agent with the FBI. Already leading her own team, at not even twenty. But then she turns around and blunders into situations without any background as if she has none of this special training. So is she supposed to be the ditzy blonde, or the powerful badass who takes no shit? I understand outlining that she's incompetent within emotional or social situations given her barriers and hangups, but that isn't either/or like how her personality seemed to shift...?

I hope the author does a better job of setting up the social and ruling structure for different supernatural communities, and Sera's character as this progresses. As well, I can't wait to see how her personal relationships evolve in the future.

Some interesting world building for this series. The shifters are out but separated. Humans are afraid so don't interact with them. They have their own schools and even the FBI has it's own shifter division. Although said division leaves much to be desired.

FBI Agent Seraphine Thomas encounters a shifter in the process of a takedown. As is protocol she is taken to the shifter hospital and watched for signs of the change.

Unfortunately for her, the signs are there and she is transferred to the shifter division of the FBI even as she learns the control necessary to stay alive.

She's angry and even more so when she realizes that the division she's just been put in charge of has no training, aren't disciplined and sure don't follow any protocol.

As she is adjusting to her new life, the Alpha of the wolves decides she needs to be in his pack and mated.

Now this was just the first successful challenge for Sera. I don't like the Alpha, Joseph Enders and would really like Sera to take him down. Of course that's just wishful thinking on my part.

Plenty of suspense as they have a serial killer on the loose. Many arguments over just who's in charge of the investigation.

Change is already happening for the better, but it will take time before things run as all the human divisions do.

Aside from the investigation, there are many interesting traits that Sera starts to exhibit and unusual albeit hot ones at that.

I love the shifter FBI crew and I look forward to reading the next book in this series.

I really enjoyed these books, read all 12 books in less than 10 days.

It is a reversed harem, so you need to be in to that.

I'm a very big Anita Blake fan, but I never ever thought this was a attempt to copy.
Paranormal Fantasy Reversed Harem is a genre, with a very very big amount of books out there! It's normal for a writer of that genre to also read the books of others and I'm sure this results in inspiration, but it would be almost impossible not to as inspiration can come from many things. So it is unfair to the writers to say people are trying to copy one another!

Back to these books: I loved the sarcasm from Seraphine and how it's not all just about wolves but a nice combo of Paranormal species. The story line is sometimes a bit to much in ways of our reality and how much hurt can one person take, BUT PEOPLE ITS F#CKING FICTION!!! So if you don't get that go read another genre. Also the story line picks up after the first book, it's in my opinion worth going further in the series.

With a lot of series I get bored after the 3 or so book, I did NOT with this series! Can't wait to read more and am actually going to start on one of the other series of this author.

So please don't let the negative know it all's spoil a good series for you without trying it yourself!

“Accidentally Wolf”, first in the 'Seraphine Thomas' series, has a couple of novel features (at least to me).
FBI Special Agent in charge Seraphine gets bitten by a werewolf while saving a colleague during a weapons bust.
When she wakes she discovers that she is now a werewolf - and not just any old run of the mill lycanthrope.
She's effectively become three people in one - a human, a werewolf, and a siren. Add to that the fact that she was already a clairvoyant and you've got a unique and complicated situation.
While her human side is mostly dominant, the siren inside her (a nasty piece of goods) comes out to play at even the hint of an insult – before she knows it Seraphine has two live-in lovers (or slaves depending on your point of view), and a queue out the door of males who want in her pants.
Before the change Seraphine was a loner, but both her wolf and siren sides are the original party women.
As an FBI outcast she is assigned to lead then MONSTR squad, a bunch of paranormals who police paranormal crime.
Her work also brings her into contact with local Alphas, including vampire Vlad (an ally), and werewolf Engle (a bully who is certain to be challenged by her for leadership of the pack at some point in the future).
It's an interesting read but Seraphines constant mood swings are sometimes hard to follow.
3.5 Stars, raised to 4 Stars.

I liked this one more than Artemis University Series

I like this start of the series more than I did to Artemis University, and if nothing changes with the pacing, and story it should continue to get good.

Sera is with the human fbi, paranormals are out in the world and known. Sera is doing a trap raid thing with the FBI, and things go wonky when the crew she infiltrated were shifters.

She jumped in front of one of her team and took a scratch meant for him and thus is now a shifter. Cool cool.

What’s interesting about this is that when a officer, or agent is injured in the field and changed, they get to go to the not well respected MNSTR division of the FBI as that’s the only place they can really work. I don’t know all the rules of shifter life but the story is intriguing.

There is a series of murders, and somehow Sera and her team figure out who the person is. A well respected assassin in the paranormal circles.

So naturally Sera is going to trap him find him and kill him in the span of like 3 pages. Too easy.

The twist to what Sera is is something I’m not used to nor expected. Especially with the Siren mythology we usually hear. It was refreshing and I really look forward to that aspect. I do plan to read the next one right now.

FMC has so many special powers and is AMAZING at EVERYTHING that it tips a bit into the ridiculous. Things also happen fast, like real fast. I enjoyed the premise though (an attempt at a paranormal Eve Dallas maybe?) so on to book 2.

Update: Series Review (as of book 16)
I enjoy the storyline of Sera’s life. The premise is great. I’ve read all the current books because of that. Regardless of the issues below, I will continue to read and enjoy any more books published about Sera.

Contains spoilers and gross exaggerations for effect:

*Sera is literally amazing at everything and has so many “special” traits. It gets a bit annoying.
*situations are OTT a great deal of the time. The author acknowledges these aren’t even remotely realistic at the end of almost every chapter, “f*ck a duck” being way overused.
*relationship issues blow up into major unneeded drama that lasts so much longer than is necessary (same thing as what happens in Artemis) She made Reagan and Hagan wait like a year after their blowup 🤦‍♀️
*sexual situations are inconsistent and unbalanced. I have no issues with the amount of people, just feels off with who she picks vs her MMCs sometimes. Maybe I’m missing some hidden meaning there.
*abduction- 4 months of truly terrible stuff covered in like 10 pages… I think I understand the point of her not being aware of much but that could have been a good time to build some depth into the MMCs looking for her.
*Murray - everyone else that screws with Sera is dead or taken care of almost immediately and we had to deal with this guy for like 3 books? Slapping her and spewing bile and everyone just allowed it. That situation was so backwards from anyone else who talks to her that way. Just No.
*Enzo - she calls him in as the “big bad” and he was all up in her sexual business as “payment” for a while and then just kinda fades away while they are still dealing with Murray.
*the politics are a bit much
*KU versions have typos, wrong words or obvious spell check/autocorrect type errors.

Maybe this book hasn’t aged well, but the premise of a main character who constantly holds the moral high ground simply because she’s in law enforcement felt tiresome and overdone.

I’ll admit, at first I was intrigued in a “this is so trashy it’s entertaining” kind of way, but Sera’s superiority complex quickly became repetitive. The way every character seemed to fawn over her in every interaction grew increasingly frustrating as the story progressed.

Sera radiated serious “I’m not like other girls” energy, yet her actions completely contradicted that. Despite frequently reminding readers that she’s private and guarded, she opened up to just about anyone who gave her the slightest bit of attention.

I understand the need for world-building, but having Sera interrogate every character she encountered (often in a confrontational manner) made for a less-than-enjoyable experience.

Overall – meh. I doubt I’ll continue with the series… which somehow has 17 books?!

Want to preface this by saying I adore the series, but I have a bone or two to pick.

1. I don’t really consider this a true RH—Sera’s men are constantly interchangeable and none are loyal to JUST her. They all sleep around. It’s more like an open relationship.

2. Physical descriptions. We get many descriptions for height and eyes, but none for skin color or hair, which makes it hard to picture them. Do they have tattoos? Piercings? Is their hair black or blonde? The descriptions are minimum at best.

Again, I adore the series and look forward to the next books. I just hope we find at least one man that Sera is enough for, because it constantly seems like she isn’t. They all “love” her unconditionally, but sleep around to scratch an itch. It’s icky.

This is giving me "Anita Blake vibes".

Seraphine is our main character. Strong willed, doesn't put up bullshit from anyone, and outspoken. The story is quite interesting.

I can see the problem about Sera seeming to be too "perfect". At one point she was told... you aren't like most women and she replies I get that a lot.

Another negative is how she keeps repeating how she follows American laws... I got it the first, second, and third time. No need to repeat it.

Why didn't I know about Seraphine?

Seraphine is my new hero and I'm so mad at myself for not finding out about her sooner. So I've had this book in my virtual library for about 6 months and have only now made the time to read it, and I'm kicking myself. This is an awesome beginning to a new series, for me at least I know that there are about 12 books written so far, and I'm over the moon. Erin R Flynn is joining my auto buy author list. I can give no better compliment than that.

Great start

I am really enjoying getting to know these characters and this world. It has an Anita Blake vibe to it, just more realistic. I know that probably makes no sense because it is a paranormal book, but it is just more down to earth and less magical or mystical. Maybe it's just me but that's the way it feels. I can't wait for the next book and plan on diving right in.

KEEP WRITING!

Starting

I replay like this start. She is going naive and way to trusting for a TH I agent. She lacks interpersonal skills. I felt bad for her that she didn't have any kind of support system. I am glad she is moving into a more healthy environment with the paranormal division. I didn't much like tristan. I felt he was like her keeper. Vlad really was one of those characters that you kept neutral because of the unknowns.. This was definitely a great start .

Exciting!

This book was very good in that it not only has a good vs bad plot, a lot of paranormals in it other than wolf & some sex scenes (not explicit nor descriptive).

Seraphine is a snarky bad-as*ed heroine who has lots to learn; not only about being a wolf but about the paranormal world as it pertains to her new job.

She also has another side to her that makes her slowly gain a harem. But, to find out how she does that you’ll have to read this book.

I love when the heroines are very special snowflakes. It's one of my vices. But in this case there was so much information and changes crammed in in her developement into a supe that my head was about to explode. Also, and this is a completely personal preference, I like my reverse harem men to be more alpha in personality and less subservient. Still reading the next one because overall it was a very good book!
