Charles Peter Wagner (August 15, 1930 – October 21, 2016) was a theologian, missiologist, missionary, writer, teacher, and church growth specialist best known for his highly controversial writings on spiritual warfare.
Wagner served as a missionary in Bolivia under the South American Mission and Andes Evangelical Mission (now SIM International) from 1956 to 1971. He then served for 30 years (1971 to 2001) as Professor of Church Growth at the Fuller Theological Seminary's School of World Missions until his retirement in 2001. He is the author of more than 70 books. He was the president of Global Harvest Ministries from 1993 to 2011 and served as the chancellor emeritus of Wagner Leadership Institute, which trains leaders to join in a movement known as the New Apostolic Reformation, an organization Wagner also helped found. He was also the vice president of Global Spheres, Inc.
FANTASTIC!!!! This was amazing to see the viewpoints of the mindset. These perspectives are not taught in the industry of business or mindset. This was more of a study book. One to wear out and mark up and use over and over.
Romans 12:2 says, “Be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” Often times I hear people ask, “How can God transform your mind?” C. Peter Wagner calls it the Paradigm Shift, a radical change in your way of thinking. To me its like this, garbage in, garbage out. What we put into our minds is what we are going to put out. If we fill our life with all things God, things that are good and well pleasing then that is what we will put out for others to see and vice versa.
In this book, you will discover movements of God’s spirit and how it is turning the tide on the evil one and making a way for God’s reign here on the earth. He also includes a chapter about spiritual gifts, something that all Christians have. This book will open your mind and let God transform it and change your life.
Thank you to Regal for providing me with a copy of this book for my honest review
