Author, lecturer and film-maker, Lynn A. Marzulli is an evangelical Christian who travels the United States lecturing on—as his blog title proclaims—"politics, prophecy and the supernatural".

Among the eight novels he has published, the Nephilim trilogy made the Christian Booksellers' Association best-seller list. He has an e-magazine and frequently speaks on TV, radio and internet radio.

Like others of Marzulli's books his writing style is conversational which makes it easy to read. He often repeats the point he is trying to make. This repetition is a teaching style to help the student remember the important things. I don't mind that repetition as it isn't without merit. With each topic covered he leads us to the same conclusion. I read his testimony at the end with great interest. Amy own us nothing like his and I find the testimony of others fascinating in how God moves to draw His children back to Himself. Some of the world events and speculations about the outcome have already come to pass. But that does not detract from the lesson.

The Kindle versions could use some copy edit and reformatting of chapter titles to make it more aesthetically pleasing but other than that I am satisfied with the book as having met and exceeded my expectations.

Eye-opening and insightful. Provides a comprehensive look at the war between heaven and hell. Good stuff! I had an opportunity to have L.A. God and satan constantly playing chess

I chose this book because L. A. Marshall has written some very informative books. He has a way of putting information together to make sense to the average person like me. He deals with satan's trying and failing to stop God's perfect plan for us. Walk through the WORD with L.A. as he proves "Our God Reigns! Hallelujah!"

This is a Christian genre book, so my interest in it is NOT for that. I find the UFO and historical perspectives of interest, and not the Christian one. So if your interest in this book is from the latter perspective, please discount my comments here. For me, this is a bit of a conspiracy theory, that is perhaps supported by literary history. Nonetheless, it is a particular perspective that may not resonate with non-Christians. I find the history and the 'great deception' aspect of the book very interesting and do think Marzulli's discussion of genesis, the flood, Tower of Babel, Sodom and Gomorrah, Moses, giants, etc. fascinating. Nonetheless, there are many other authors with other perspectives on this literary history. It is also an end-times story for Part Two of the book. So keep that in mind. That may or may not be of interest to you. I like to consider all points of view, so I found this to be a good reference book. It also has a reading list and the author's personal testimony for how he became 'born again.'

How Satan is checkmated by the Most High Lord

A most interesting book describing how Satan is trying throughout history to decimate the Jewish people. In each case he is outmatched by the Most High Lord, God Almighty. He is outclassed, outmatched, and always destroyed by the one true God.

I've read L.A.'s books before and enjoy his style. Not a book just for Christians. Fantastic analysis about the spiritual battle that is constantly taking place. Making sense of what is going on behind the scenes of our world is eye-opening. Definitely worth reading.
