The moronic text of a governmental bureaucrat dealing in drugs, weapons and whatever might be sold under the protection of the diplomatic passport scam telling you about this person called Afghanistan that has made both the writer and his associates a lot of money on his (Afghanistan's) quest for peace.

The text is a racist discourse that makes the reader wonder what's wrong with these brown people. After all the taxpayers in the Western countries are paying trillions and the brown people still refuse to do the right thing.

An excellent read on the post-2002 developments in Afghanistan, following the ouster of the Taliban/al-Qaeda. Alexander was in the thick of political developments as the Canadian Ambassador to Afghanistan for a number of years.
