There's nothing wrong with the information, although there's much that's outdated. The style is homespun, with clownish cartoon illustrations. Sometimes the presentation is disjointed, moving from anecdote to anecdote. I didn't find a lot of help because I am already practicing much of what he recommends. I think hearing him speak would probably be better than reading the book.
