One of my all time favorite cookbooks! So many delicious and interesting recipes with the bonus of being healthy too. Also love that so many different regions/cuisines are represented. Great cookbook for all (not just if dieting or special needs) and includes pics of every recipe as well as pics to help with some of the steps too.

2 cups heavy cream, 2 eggs, 1 cup butter and a little more for greasing, 2 tsp salt, 1 cup sugar. These recipes are anything but healthy.
