This book has changed my approach to cooking and eating. I will never eat a Tim Tam or Chicken in a Biscuit again!!!!

Thanks for writing this book. It’s more important than any diet you’ll ever go on - especially if you have children.. There are a lot of brands I’ll never eat again.
