I have to finish this early, because I'm going to give this as a gift... after I received it as gift. =)

I think it's actually my first time to finish a daily devotional. I was able to read it from 01Jan to 31Dec (though not exactly in the same day). Previously, I tended to put off a few pages (days), especially when I'm swamped, but this year, I was able to read each page (day).

And it has been a blessing to me. I was touched a lot. I learned a lot. I was able to share (me hoping that friends read it, hehe!) the messages that speak to me.

I have too many takeaway (and highlights as well). If you want to read some inspiring notes, you can check my reading progress. I do try to update it as much as possible.

I did this 365-day devotional in 2020, and I'm really glad I read it! He has a way of making a powerful statement, and then unpacking it with its corresponding Scripture, followed by another strong quotable statement at the end. And it's always theology powerful and personally convicting. This is one of the best 365 devotionals I've done.

a fairly small pocketbook that you can fit in your purse.
I read this when i wake up, instead of worrying about what the day would bring and the daily stresses life brings, reading this produces a soothing balm to the spirit and jumpstarts the day with positivity and Faith. Better than coffee!
