As a pretty much beginner at crocheting I've used YouTube videos, my own sewing skills etc.

This book was available to me so I, tentatively, began a project ... presently I'm working on the baby sweater for my granddaughter. I'm following the instructions. Using pink instead of the colors show, and almost done with the body.
Edging, sleeves and flowers to go.. headband too. So far it's going fine.
This is an intermediate level project so I find that being alone .. watching a show or listening to music or news etc.. helps in moving along faster.
The instructions are clear and easy to follow. Keep a pen and paper handy to keep track of the counting in case of interruptions. I also have a little crochet box which I glued a tape measure on the top so everything is available.
I highly recommend this to anyone learning or even seasoned crochet artists.
