I enjoyed this one because I don't think I've read a book where the wolf gets free. I actually found myself chuckling at that moment.

As a whole this series is about being comfortable in your own skin. Weather your extra curvy or your boat floats a different way no matter who you are you deserve to be happy and find love and that's what these stories are all about. With a slew of hunky alpha males who were willing to help each heroine see the true beauty in themselves. I loved this series as a whole and how each story had a different way each alpha was able to show their mate that they were beautiful not in spite of but because of their curves. "The definition of beauty is different to everyone, just as our ideas of perfection are different" (Two times the Charm) Some of these heroines were afraid to allow themselves to think that someone could love them as they were and I loved how the alpha's were able to reassure their mates of their worth and learn how to be happy with themselves without fear. "Fear never encourages freedom; it supports oppression. It is those that live with no fear that achieve the most." (Two Times the Charm)

Loved how their paranormal aspect was incorporated in this series and I can't wait to read more!

This is a great werewolf novella. This book is my favorite so far in the series. Callie works for the pack Alpha Evan and has wanted him for two years. Evan knows Callie is his mate but he never thought his mate would be human. When Evans beta finally pushes him to decide what he will do about Callie, he knows he can't leave her because someone else will get what is his. Callie can't take it anymore she is all wound up and know she has to take care of it, but Evan hears and his wolf won't back down anymore. This was a great novella I love Strong possessive werewolves and Controlled Cravings fit the bill perfectly, Callie was very likable also. I flew through this book and loved every minute of it.

This Alpha Dom series is a bit different from the previous one's in the series. It is "lighter". That might not be the right word, but it is the best I can come up with at the moment. By lighter, I mean the characters had less on their emotional plates before they got together. I know I am saying it all wrong and if I think of something clearer, I will come back and edit it. The fact that they knew each other for 2 years made their dynamics a bit different. I really enjoyed this story. It was a fun, hot read with some heart. I think out of all the people in this series, these two are the one's I would most "like" is I ran into them in real life.

This series has defiantly been great and I would recommend them to anyone. I like how in this story Callie is a plus size woman who owns her curves. She is not someone who lets what she looks like define her. I find that kind of empowering women amazing and uplifting. Evan is amazing as well though he knows he loves her he puts her needs first or at least what he thinks her needs are. This story is great about a dom who has a soft spot for his mate. A must read in my option. Keep up the good work and I look forward to reading more of your work Christin.

This was a better entry to the series, a great little sexy number. His reasoning is still dumb but at least makes a bit of sense and waiting two years is different to your waiting your whole lifetime friendship even past age of consent (looking back at you Controlled Passions Alpha Doms 4) plus the losing control due to hearing her masturbating with a vibrator was great.

So...these books are nearly porn-no-plot, which isn't usually my thing, but the author (IMO) somehow makes things about more even if sex is the focus. With few words she gives me a picture of longing or angst or craving or whatever the MCs are feeling. I've read longer erotica that was more, well empty in that regard. So, while porn-no-plot usually isn't my deal and the plots in these are a minimum, I guess I like the picture the author paints in a short time.

Another great "bed time story" for adults. A little different than the first 4 in the series, where the 2 main characters are forever in each others' face (work together, live in the same building). I love the way Christin has weaved their lives together, and how they are finally brought together. Next one please !

Packed with bite

As I read each story, I am humbled at the bravery of each human counterpart. In this story Callie doesn't think Evan wants her because of her size and, boy, does he prove her wrong. Catching her at a uncomfortable moment, he decides to not go another moment without his mate. He doesn't have a choice because his wolf will not be denied.

This one was certainly HUGELY different from all the other, it seemed more passionate and together. The couple sparked off of each other and the 'Dom' had a lot more aggression and was pretty damn assertive. I really thought it was great!
