So I get to be the one that breaks the silence on this story? I have never done this before so I will try to do it justice.

The story is simple. Guy falls for girl. Girl doesn't like guy anymore. Guy doesn't know what to do with himself. Of course this is an oversimplification; the complexities are in the narrator, whom is trying to find some sort of path through school, studying and jerking off in the bathroom on the fifth floor of the library. He is satisfied with this path until Julie comes along and shows him that better things can happen in this bathroom. Julie seems to be more experienced than him, more in control of the situation. If you ask me (and I guess by allowing me to write in this little box, you did), is somewhat reminds me of Norman Bates in the "Bates Motel" tv series. (If you haven't seen this show or if you are uninterested in this comparison, I will have a paragraph break directly after this. You can skip to there.) In the show Norman has a shy naivety that makes him easy to manipulate, but yet there is a malicious streak in him. He is lanky and nerdy and not confident around girls (or him mother..ahem). I have been watching the series again lately, and feel like Norman and the narrator are both being manipulated by the women in their lives so that the women can get what they want. It is such a simple manipulation, that it can cause the characters to be unaware once they realize it.

The writing is simple and the story flows quickly. The only thing I noticed that really bothered me was that there were several spelling of the word "sight" when it should have been "site." Other than this, the story moves fast and is finished within a few minutes. This is makes it worth the time.
