How the Program Works

Though panic attacks can be very irritating, they can be treated by using therapy and medication.

The Panic Away program is divided into three stages to optimize the results.

• Stage 1 – Trust

The first stage in this program is called “Trust”.

In this part of the program, the sufferers will be taught on how to get rid away anxiety from their life.

This section is aimed to help people trust that anxiety is something normal and it is just the natural reaction of the human body to stress.

In this section, the sufferers will learn on how to use “One Move Technique” to help them observe the panic develop within them and then embrace it.

• Stage 2 – Accept

Panic Away Program is focused on panic attacks as these can be absolutely debilitating to a patient and can have a dramatic impact on one’s whole life.

this a good and constructive stuff. It takes time to practice but the method is simple. I was a sufferer from panic and anxiety 4 years ago, visit the therapist regularly only gives me a temporary result. But the Panic Away give me the permanent result, it has helped me tremendously. In just less than a month after trying the program and following what Barry McDonagh explained, I am feeling so much better. This is a great tool to overcome anxiety, depression and panic attack.

Barry McDonagh is a genius man and I am so grateful found his system called Panic Way. I actually not suffer from chronic panic attacks, but I a bit less confidence in social life. Sometimes I feel shame and fear to talk to other people especially with whom I newly met. But his guide has helped me to improves my confidence, even more, now I have no fear of talking in front of lots of people. Whatever I want to say, I will say without worry about what people think. It works like a gem.

For anyone reading this who is struggling with an anxiety disorder, my heart truly goes out to you. Anxiety is by far the worst thing I have ever gone through. I even realized one day that my worst fears coming true would be less painful than the fear itself. Please know that you are absolutely not alone and that you absolutely can get better.
I like how panic attacks are explained by the author of the Panic Away, including the causes and symptoms of the problem. You get a lot of information on how to deal with the anxiety and panic attacks, and it’s easy to read while still being very detailed.

The Panic Away is great workbook for working through panic and anxiety. Barry McDonagh has provided concrete and useful techniques which written in a good direction and gives the readers a step by step guide to overcoming the panic attack.

About two years, I've been suffering from panic attacks, but this Panic Away program has helped to get me out of the worst of it. I am so grateful that my friend has suggested me to take a look at this.

My advice: If you suffer from anxiety or panic attacks, don't hesitate to try this out! It works and effective.

I thought I was going crazy with these anxiety attacks.
They were crippling my social life and I was at my wits end about how I could regain control of my life.
I have read some literature about panic attacks. But they always seem to have a more scientific approach and that is nothing I need in my struggle to survive those horrible panic attacks. This is a “hand on” and very practical book. I felt it was written to me. I am sure that you are going to feel the same.
Although I was skeptical I'm so glad I downloaded the e-book. It is so simple yet so effective and works almost instantly.
Barry writes exactly how I think. The examples are perfectly described. And the method is genius. I recommend this book and thank Barry for writing it, thank you for letting me get control of my life again. It changes my life every day

This is a useful guidebook, especially for everyone who has anxiety and panic problem.
I’ve been battling for a very long time with panic attacks and anxiety.
Panic Away has helped me to lift up my mentality and boost my confidence.
I can't believe it! Only in a short time, I was able to against my anxiety with a simple way that I never thought before.
I am reading this book over and over again to make me better and better.

As those of you know, who suffer what is termed Generalized Anxiety Disorder, it is a misnomer. When one is in the state of "panic", the physical and emotional symptoms are not best described by anxiety. It is difficult to find a description of the program anywhere, so I will do my best. First of all, the symptoms I was feeling are adequately described. I truly thought no one else had the same symptoms I was having, and, no matter how much my doctor tried to convince me, I wouldn't believe her, because she "just didn't understand". Well, I have come to believe she did after participating in this program! Basically, the technique teaches you not to go into the fear of what is happening, which was very helpful to me once I knew others were truly feeling exactly what I was. He suggests that medication is not necessary once the technique is mastered, I am not there yet (after one year of practicing), however much of the terror I used to experience is gone. My problem, at times, are the lingering physical symptoms which are very uncomfortable. Elevated blood pressure. Tingling all over. Rapid heart beat. Tinnitus. Sleep disorders of all kinds. For me, this program has been the most helpful thing I have found for this stupid "condition". Well, next to Lexapro. Yes, once in awhile, I get an email promoting some other product which I ignore. I also supplement what I have learned with yoga, meditation, exercise, and the support of my wonderful husband. So, in my opinion, if you are suffering from this awful demon, I would highly recommend the program even in light of what I consider unethical marketing. Guess the guy found a way to make a buck....maybe that is ultimately what cured his anxiety.

The program is formulated by an actual sufferer of panic attacks and general anxiety. He experienced the suffering intimately for decades. So, he knows what he’s talking about.

The e-book, which is part of the program, is well-written and is organized into logical chapters with a big enough font size. The writing style is easy to follow. It’s landscape-oriented, so it fits your computer screen nicely. If you prefer to read it on your mobile phone, just hold it landscaped so that the font size is big enough and easy on the eyes.

Enough real-life examples and case studies to make important points clear and easily understood, backed by a couple of references in the footnotes.

Panic Away is a really helpful book if you’re struggling with panic attacks or anxiety. Barry McDonagh explains everything clearly and gives you tools you can actually use, like the "21-7 Technique," which focuses on breaking the cycle of fear and regaining control. It’s not filled with fluff—just straightforward advice that feels easy to follow.

What I liked most is how reassuring the tone is. It makes you feel like overcoming anxiety is possible, not some impossible task. While some parts repeat the same ideas a bit, the overall message is solid. If you’re looking for practical tips to handle anxiety without overcomplicating things, this book is worth a read.

Best anxiety book ever.
It works but you have to do the work.
I also recommend his other work, Dare Response and sol the books of Claire Weekes and Dr. Harry Barry.

I would like to add a belated review to this product. I purchased this product in 2012 and actively used it for 2 years. At that time in my life I had so much anxiety that I felt like I was stuck in one long panic attack that just wouldn't end. At night I would shake uncontrollably, I was losing weight because I was so anxious I couldn't eat, and sometimes I would even wake up in the middle of the night with my heart beating out of my chest. I would go on walks at 2 am, terrified that I was going to die, praying for my heart to relax. My mom actually bought the program for me as I was mostly in a catatonic state on the couch. She said, "this website looks like one of those scams, but what if it works?" I don't know if the Amazon version is the same, but the internet version she bought through the website included a private user's forum, weekly phone calls with a licensed therapist, and unlimited messaging to the therapist. So I read the book and messaged the therapist what I soon learned was almost the same message that every new user messages: "Your program seems interesting, I can see how it can work for some people, but MY anxiety is so intense that I don't see how it could ever work for me." She urged me to just keep up with the exercises. I was definitely resistant in the beginning, but part of the beauty of buying a package that included personal phone calls and message was that she was able to rephrase the Panic Away concepts in ways that each individual participant could understand. Some of her analogies made sense to some people, while other descriptions and stories made sense to others. Also, the forum is filled with people from all over the world sharing their own stories of anxiety, their successes with the program, their obstacles and fears - it actually built my confidence just to see that I wasn't alone. It was also such a blessing to have a community. When I was anxious I locked people out of my life, and to suddenly have an online community of people who supported me even though I was "flawed" was miraculous. I am so grateful that my mom purchased this program for me. Yes I still get panic attacks, but they now come every few months instead of every few hours and when I get them I know how to address them so they become just an isolated event instead of an all consuming fear. I now also have the confidence to talk freely about my anxiety because I can see that it is not the embarrassing personal flaw I believed it to be, but rather it is just a human experience that I endured. I don't know how this product measures up to other anxiety products because this is the only one that I tried, but I can affirm that Panic Away is a solid, well-researched program that helped me get through a season of horrific panic attacks.

Panic Away used to be a simple text document available online. It aimed at relieving anxiety as the sole purpose. The e-book had many pages that proved cumbersome for many users. It felt as if most of the material was used as fillers and hence the need to skip and get to the main and helpful information. It would almost seem that it was created to be large enough to attract a higher value in price. Some customers complained on the high cost of the book when it only covered a section of the topic on panic attacks. The program underwent a major transformation to include multimedia programs such as audios and videos. Today, there are video series with testimonials that are exciting to watch and easy to follow. For example, the new version includes women such as Jane who experiences panic attacks. There is also video demonstration of the techniques she uses that are useful to other people with similar experiences. Panic Away can help you get a quick solution. It provides the main concept, strategy, and technique being taught in Panic Away. It offers the first key step to anxiety freedom. The issues shared in the videos easily sink in your brain effectively to help you deal with panic.

Well, this is really very interesting. I have been suffering from panic attacks for about three years and figured it was going to be a part of my DNA from this point forward. Although it's premature, it seems this program actually does work. The technique that is used takes a leap of faith but I used the same as a child to combat nightmares. I would suggest in addition tot this approach you also cut out sugar and caffeine, exercise and try meditation. I am using all three. I also scheduled time to meet with a therapist to get this monkey off my back once and for all. I have a high pressure job and I am currently interviewing for another and, of course, when all seems to be on the line that wave of adrenaline comes through, but the approach in the book actually worked this AM to nullify it.

When I started having panic attacks, my wife told me to just toughen up. I know she loves me and meant well, but what she didn't understand was, at that time, toughening up wouldn't have done any good because I literally felt unable to control myself. Hiding my panic disorder was a living nightmare and it started to effect my performance in all areas of life. A friend of mine said a colleague recommended Panic Away to him for his panic attacks, so I tried it for myself and, honestly, this is the only method to get rid of panic disorder that has worked for me—and I tried everything.
