It does not matter whether u are a phd student or a manager. This book is one of my favs from the Series of HBR’s 10 must reads. Could even be a decent road map to corporations aiming successful change.

If you are a leader in your position and you want to introduce some changes in your organization and you face some resistance from the employee
This is the book will give u some hints on how to mange resistance to change
Excellent reference for all leaders
This book is one of Harvard business references
I highly recommend it

Great resource, old pub date (1998), on change management. The concepts and practices are still relevant, but organizations are more decentralized; virtual teams and digital transformations need more consideration now.
