Skyla has her encounter with water spirits but she can't see them, annoying her while Kaylus just insults her.
Del Sierro is not happy to see Kaylus in his home & especially with Skyla. When Skyla objects to him kicking Kaylus out, Del reminds her of his threat to her adopted family.
Del's wife is not happy of her husband's treatment of Kaylus but he overrides her. Del has Chen take Kaylus back to his room while he spends some time alone with Skyla. He gives her a bunch of study materials that she has to memorizes due to an banquet that she has been invited to & he doesn't want her to embarrass herself & the family.
Ren helps Kaylus break out of the cell Del Sierro puts him in but took him too far away from Skyla.
The day of the banquet arrives; the women talk harshly at Skyla as usual but the Grand Duke takes an interest. He speaks to Del Sierro 1st before asking Skyla for the 1st dance shocking everyone as the 1st dance is between family members if unmarried man & woman dance together, it means engagement. Kaylus interrupts of course & chat a bit before someone brave enough asks the Grand Duke who Kaylus is. He shocks everyone by telling everyone that Kaylus is his hidden son.
At the end Skyla is sent back in time. To be continued...

Skyla is annoyed that she can see the water spirits. Then Del Serrio shows up annoyed that Kaylus is here & with his sister. When Skyla tries to defend Kaylus Del just reminded her of his threat to her adopted family. After Chen escorts Kaylus back to his room, or dungeon, Del informs Skyla of the banquet that he & she is invited to. He makes her study the Azellan family history & how to become a proper lady so she doesn't embarrass herself or their family.
Day of the banquet; as expected Skyla was picked on by the other women but that only made the Grand Duke interested in her. So after greeting everyone & talking to Del Serrio 1st, he asks Skyla for the 1st dance, shocking everyone because the 1st dance is for family members only. If an unmarried man & woman dance it represent engagement. But then Kaylus shows up, moving Skyla away from him.
Kaylus & the Grand Duke argue in public before someone asks the Grand Duke who Kaylus is. His hidden son the Grand Duke replies, shocking everyone.
Skyla gets drunk & flees outside where Kaylus finds her, telling her off for abandoning him even though he was surrounded by women.
Kaylus leaves Skyla in the hands of fairies while he deals with the choas the Grand Duke made but they have other plans for her...
