Ok this is just my opinion.. I didn't like this story despite all the great reviews.. Its a lovely story but I hate the fact that they didn't fight for their love. I hate the fact that Tim had to blow every cock he sees.. I know its after the break up but still.. I hate that while they broke up they slept with other guys.. And don't give me that guys need sex i mean Tim gunn was celibate for a long time and he is a guy and gay too.. They could be together but the reasons they have to be apart are soooo lame.. i could have like this story but the angst is super too much for me... This is just my opinion btw.. Pls do not let opinion distracts u from reading this.. =]

I liked the way things ended for Tim and Hank, but getting there didn't work so well for me. I didn't like Tim's acceptance of being used for sex and abuse until the final parts of the story. The author has become a favourite and I like the romantic elements in his stories, sometimes the darker elements take over a little though.

Loved this book. It was wonderful in the growth of the characters and the love between Tim and Hank. Loved the families that supported them.

Contrived and illogical story that totally decimated the MCs and their relationship. The MCs did 180 personality changes. The drama and the angst were totally artificial and unnecessary. DNF in disgust.

The overall story was really great but I found it difficult to understand that Tim, who was strong/rational enough to walk away from a "liar" but still great (intellectual, handsome, proper manners etc.) guy like Carlo, could put up with and accept all kinds of humiliation from a really really low man like Pete!!

I know nothing about story writing and English is just a foreign language to me but I hope you don't find me too arrogant when I say the line of story could be much more "well-balanced" if Carlo turned out to be a possessive and abusive guy that would not let go of Tim who found out the truth about him. It is known that those type of abusive guys normally start their relationship by showing love and care to their partners in the begginning and show their true face when the relationship is settled and the other guy has become kind of emotionally weak. But that's just a thought, and maybe I'm wrong and missed the author's point.

I think that it's sweet that they got back together in the end!
