I'm not usually one to read overtly erotic tales but Dead Gorgeous has surprised me. Instead of just portraying sex for its own sake, Dead Gorgeous has a story behind it. And one that intrigued me with an unusual setting of a halloween party in a deconsecrated church and the discovery of something or someone very out of the ordinary (no spoilers here), and characters - especially the MC - who were fully believable. This can be read in one sitting, it's short because deLoite's expertly written prose is tight and perfectly edited. I've taken one star off because of blackmail. If he writes the sequel then I'll give him another star!

I've come across Daniel deLoite... I like my fiction dark, tho, so his other titles didn't really grab me by the throat. This one did... so I thought I'd give it a go. I loved it. From a very down-to-earth start the author's writing becomes more and more evocative, pulling you into a darkly intimate scenario. Erotic fun with a twist of wickedness - sinful and sensual, dark and dirty - I think Daniel found the devil inside. Maybe he should unleash it more often?

This was short but really packed a punch. The characters really came to life and the story had just enough mystery to leave you wondering what really happened.

Very short but surprisingly good. This tale delivers just the right amount of creepiness to give you that 'tingly feeling ' but is dark, sexy and sensual aswell with a nice little twist in the tale at the end. Despite it's length I don't think the author could have added any thing extra to make it any better. A very nice free Halloween treat worthy to be told around any ( adult ) campfire in the dead of night. Whooooooooooo!

This was a really quick read but managed to pack quite story in it. Full of erotic fun with a twist of wickedness - sinful and sensual, dark and dirty - just right for Halloween.

Only complain I have? Too darn short. That's it 'cause I certainly enjoyed it. Great writing. Fun, dark and sexy.
