I have always not been pleased with how books on using computer software are not user friendly to those of us who are computer pigmy's. This book was wonderful. Even I didn't get confused and learned a lot. I must admit had I not been forced to buy a $150 book for a class, I would have passed this gem by. It is definately a keeper and well worth the investment. I am no longer intimidated by Word, Excel, Access or PowerPoint. Good thing I took the class or I would never have been motivated to finish the about 1400 pages of material.
