Good book.
Skyla, who has safely rescued Kaylus from the time maze, finally acquires the power of witches completely. Along with Kaylus she head towards Seylon where her family is.
On the other hand, the cruel witch hunt continues in Deline & a questionable group of Magicians travel to Seylon to find the heirloom of the witch.
After a happy reunion with her family, Skyla leaves for Taso where her real parent's grave lie. There, she runs into someone unexpected at the grave.
Jewel's familiar, Louie, sacrifice himself to free his master so he can find the witch that can kill him: Skyla. To be continued...
