I thought I would just flip through this book, looking mainly at the pictures. I was drawn in however, and ended up reading it cover to cover. The author briefly discusses Crime and Punishment, Shopping, Transport, Cemeteries, Leisure Time, and more in Victorian London. Fascinating.
