This book is one of six books in the Stranded! series. Each book details true stories of people lost and forced to find their way out of dangerous situations. Lost in the Antarctic is 32 pages and includes large color photos, maps and facts about the Antarctic region. Readers follow along a narrative tale while learning about the geography of the land at the same time. This book is written for children in grades 4-6.
