I found child's play to be both a hard read (times of anguish for the main character) and a compelling one from start to finish. I loved the multiple levels of the story and how they intertwined round the centre thread of the book. there were times in the book where I could relate to Harlan on such a personal level and times where in my head I was crying out for him to do things (can't say what though 🤠). To Mr Harry Hudson I say a hearty thank you for both books. and for the hours of reading. pleasure they have brought me. now sit your butt down and write the next one or I'm sending Harlan round. 😁
A refreshing change to have such a realistic storyline with depth to the characters. Real world thriller that you can relate to. As a biker it's a great read but also for non bikers it takes away the prejudice and reveals that we are human. Keep it going
