I’m only giving it two stars for the couple of pieces of data I learned from the book. Overall concept is the only way to control your cortisol is to NEVER eat sugar, processed foods, red meat, and a list of about 50 other very common things. Obviously we all know this helps, but this isn’t a realistic approach for basically anyone. Some good information but overall a bust for me.
A lot of good information in this book, though it's a bit repetitive. I wish I had known about the awesome sounding recipes in the appendix, I would have purchased a physical copy.
