When a goddess throws a temper tantrum, entire worlds will shake beneath her feet.

Para is invincible. She exists for intervals of thirty minutes at a time, but she has managed to make the best of it. Comprised of two demigoddesses, she is the ultimate woman, and she keeps her respective ex-boyfriends wrapped around her finger without them even knowing her identity. She is the perfect disguise and the escape, allowing Pax and Amara to execute their admittedly childish, but undeniably liberating plan of revenge.
But as usual, all is not right within the universe. Even after recently saving the planet from an impact that would have obliterated most of humanity, there seems to be no rest for the wicked. All Para wants is to break the hearts of the men who broke her heart, but an old family enemy won’t let her play her love games in peace. Suja, the Queen of the Asura, has a growing animosity and fascination with Pax Burnson, and will stop at nothing to win their battle of wit and power. Now Suja has brought a new challenger to bear against Para.
Will Para’s supercharged union be enough to go up against Suja’s newest monstrous creation?

This is book 3 in the Thirty Minutes to Heartbreak series and by far the most brutal in the fight scenes. I think it also brings out more emotions in not only the characters but the readers as well. We see longer periods where Pax, Thorn, Ash, and Amara get along. I loved the tender moments and it was a glimpse that these 2 couples belong together if not for Pax and Amara's need for revenge. I like the girls most when they are separate.

When Rose and Vincent meet Para/Medea for the first time and then again at the charity ball, they are suspicious of her and I couldn't sit still for wanting someone to find out who she really was and also wondering just how she would keep that from happening. There is also a new villain by the name of Zvarin.

Nadia has done it again. She has written a book that you cannot put down until you have finished it and an ending that leaves us wanting more. The cover of the book like all her books is beautiful. If you haven't put her on your list of favorite authors already you soon will after you read her books. I highly recommend this and all her books

I am in love with this series! Nadia is so extraordinarily talented when it comes to writing a story with depth and suspense. I originally started reading her books because of the mermaids from the other series but am so happy I give this series a try too. Just WOW! I cannot wait to read the next book!!

Thought that this was best out of the three and liked Para's character's "transformation", so to speak cannot wait to see what happens with the next book and what more trouble they can get into. Love the series!

Very good book and likeable characters. I am hoping there will be a book four to the series. Are Pax and Thorn ever going to get back together? Or a better question, will Amara and Asher ever get back together?
