This was a super fun book that acted as a fictional training guide for new runners of Abel township and a look into the development of Zombies, Run! Toward the end, there was even a transcript of the first mission with commentary by the creators. It was really awesome of the creators to put out free content for fans like that, and I'm looking forward to their newly announced book. Definitely recommend for fans of the game, especially those who are really into it.

Cute little companion, offering both some insights into the outbreak and life at Abel township, as well as some background on the making of Zombies, Run!

Given that it's available for free, I can't see why it's not a must-read for all Runner 5s.

Excellent mixture of "fictional" and "behind-the-scenes" info for the running app "Zombies, Run!". First the reader can familiarize themselves with the fictional Abel township, its citizens and the challenges they face, then they are introduced to the creators of the app and *their* challenges.

One hell of an awesome mix of very atmospheric InGame information and fun OutGame contents from a Making Of to the first mission's script with the author's comments - this really is in one league with the "big" RPG backgroundbooks.

I came on Goodreads looking to see if it had any information on the upcoming Zombies, Run! book. Found this instead. It was interesting to read some notes about what was going through the creators' minds as they wrote the first episode.
